Our driver Courtney picked us up on time from the hotel, took us to a lovely view of Ocho Rios on the way to the lagoon, and was very friendly and courteous. The lagoon experience was like nothing else we’ve encountered before. We were worried whether we would see much luminosity in the water as it was nearly a full moon, but it did not fail, it was very bright, like blue led light in the water. The boatmen, sorry cannot remember their names, were also very helpful, took some pictures of us on their phones and air-dropped them onto our phones for free. We stayed in the water maybe for 15-20 minutes, which was plenty. The water was very warm.

Quest Transfers and Tours (Dalton) was communicative from booking through the excursion's end. He made the entire trip worry-free, including helpful tips on navigating and avoiding local vendor interactions (based on previous customer experiences). He was very timely, friendly and informative about the island. Horseback on the beach was like out of a movie-- magical. Our guide Omar was pleasant and a great teacher on horse handling and the land itself (plants, etc). This was truly a private tour, just us, our horses Princess and Sheba and the beautiful beach. We rode on the beach for about 15 minutes then entered the water to make the trip back to the starting point. Along the way, Omar took a bunch of awesome pictures and videos with our phones, even stopping for some posed shots of us. These captured moments include spectacular views and the natural sounds of the ocean, making the experience one we can relive for years to come! From horseback riding to the bamboo experience was about a 10-minute drive. Bamboo rafting itself was beautiful and tranquil. Our only critique was the limestone massage option. Even though we expressed that we were not interested, our raft captain continued to pressure us and try to convince us otherwise. It took my husband having to express visible disagreement before he let it go. The trip itself was lovely (as advertised). Each captain decorates their raft to represent Jamaica, including music (Bob Marley of course!) and opportunities to have our pictures taken (with our phones) steering the raft and of us at the head of the raft. The trip stops at a small beach where there are a few vendors (which Dalton had prepared us for). They allowed us to enjoy the beach, take pictures and not bother us. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The trip back to the start point was just as relaxing. On the way back to the hotel, Dalton asked if we wanted to make any other stops for food, or shopping. We recommend Quest Transfers and Tours excursions!

This was great. The guys were so accommodating, full of life and caring. I told them that we were celebrating a Bachelorette event and they had it all decorated with balloons and signs. So thoughtful of them. They allowed us to really have a good time, we brought our own drinks and also enjoyed their cooler filled with drinks. It was a good time. Highly highly recommended if you want to have a memorable time.

I booked this trip with my group of three friends after our MSC cruise bamboo rafting excursion was cancelled. There was a similar experience available from MSC. However, the cost was around $130/ person for the same experience. This tour was well worth the cost. It was around $33/person for the round trip shuttle escort to Dunn’s River and shopping. Then, admission to Dunn’s River is $25 USD for non-Jamaicans. Our shuttle driver, Craig, picked us up from the Ocho Rios cruise terminal port, drove us to Dunn’s River, helped us get set up to climb, explained how the Dunn’s River climb worked, waited for us, and took us to a requested shopping and dining area in Ocho Rios near the port. We arrived at Dunn’s River before 1pm and the crowds were very reasonable. My group was able to take its time to climb in two hours and hang out on the beach. Craig was very friendly during the entire afternoon. I would definitely book with this company again over the cruise excursion. CLA Tours offers a better deal with 10/10 vibes and the tour is customizable for groups with personalized shopping stops.

The day was perfect for outdoor fun, and the blue hole Dunn river was the perfect adventure. Our private tour driver Odin was supper cool, friendly and informative and engaged our curiosity in trying the island amazing fruits from local vendors along the way . The crew assisting us at the blur hole was friendly and patient and helpful in taking some amazing photos. On our way to dunns river he recommended an amazing local restaurant where we had some of the best jerk chicken and curry goat. We ended the day with the dunns river climb which I enjoyed immensely. Overall a fun filled experience, one I’ll remember always. A must do when visiting Jamaica.

Das was the best tour guide ever!!! He was so friendly and took us to about 4 different places that were so delicious; we couldn’t even finish!! He even took pictures and videos of us and sent them to us at the end of the tour. While driving around he gave us history facts about Jamaica that was very nice to know. Highly recommend 10 /10 experience.

This excursion during our Oasis of the Seas cruise was a million times better than we could have ever imagined!! Whitfield was the such an informed, kind, fun, and easy to talk to driver. We were so grateful to have someone who would help us navigate a new country and provide all the helpful hints for each stop. He catered the entire day to our exact wishes, including a stop to get some killer Jerk Chicken. He drove so safely in comparison to everyone else on the road, which you will quickly realize is such a blessing - very few street signs, quick speeds, and lots of passing traffic. He was ready to go super early, so they we could start the day as soon as we made it to the independent bus depot (highly recommend getting there ASAP once gangway drops, so you can beat the major crowds at the attractions). I would 100000% book this excursion again if I had to do it over. Courtney Taylor tours makes it their priority to give amazing service and get you back in plenty of time to meet the boarding requirement. Blue Hole and Dunns Falls were both so special and cool to see; do not miss out on this unique experience! PSA - The photo packages do get pricey so highly recommend bringing a waterproof phone case lanyard & good water shoes for the slick rocks.

My driver’s name is Mark. He took such great care of me during my transport. He took the time to get my favorite genre of music to play to make the ride more enjoyable. We stopped for pictures at the Negril signage (10/10 photographer!) We also stopped for authentic jamaican cuisine and the jerk chicken and bammy was incredible!!!!!!! I got a private driver, personal DJ, photographer and perfect food suggestions all in one. Most importantly I arrived to my hotel safely and in a timely manner. This was honestly one of my best travel experiences, it set the bar so high for the rest of my vacation. I will be booking my return transfer through them again and when I return I know who to book!
