Totally Awesome

Such a great experience! The falls are Beautifully Awesome and our tour guide Gil was Totally Awesome. It was a Smooth and Easy process from the moment of booking. Communication was great. Met Gil at the Victoria Gardens park. He is charming, funny, knowledgable and terrific with time management. He quickly guides you to the points of interest and then steps back and allows you to enjoy the view. He's seriously great at taking photos, You can have your entire group photo taken on your own phone (so no extra charge). He is a certified guide, meaning he can answer ALL your questions. He knows the history, the stats, the folklore. Just fabulous. Highly recommend the premiere experience. Best views, shorter line waits, priority entry, excellent guide. I imagine all guides will have expertise and great personalities. But I think I was very lucky to get Gil that day :)

Definitely recommend

Absolutely amazing!! My husband and I loved every stop on the trip. Tour was on a small bus and there was 8 people all together. We were able to pass lines if there was one. The skylon, journey behind the falls and the boat cruise were as expected. We definitely got wet on the last two. Our guide shared history about the falls as we took the short drive to the whirlpool and the floral clock. He added a stop at maple leaf to taste syrup on our way back to town.

This was such an awesome tour. We got to see the falls from so many different perspectives. Our tour guide, Nick was the absolute best. Not only did he share his knowledge of the area, but he had such a great personality and immediately built a sense of camaraderie with all on the tour.

If you end up with other...

If you end up with other people on the helicopter with you they only take a group picture. We would have liked an individual picture of myself & my husband & we would have purchased a photo. Also you can not hear on the speaker where you are flying over. It was a great experience tho for sure & seeing the Falls up high was breathtaking. Beautiful !!!!

A great afternoon at Niagara

The experience was well organised and very prompt. Our guide Alisha was very helpful and so positive that the day was fun. We completed Skylon which gave great views of the area and then walked to the behind the falls experience that was incredible. The mist was very heavy but added to the experience. Great gifts are found here at Roots. We then walked to the boat trip that enabled us to experience the force of the falls and yep we got very wet but loved every minute of it. There is a lot of walking that may not be good for everyone but for us it wasn’t a problem. The little tree stop to meet Maddison the squirrel was an added Alisha touch ❤️. We fully recommend this tour.

Our guide Tim was excellent and very knowledgeable and was a joy to have as our guide. Loved the boat ride and was an awesome experience! Was a little disappointed in the journey behind the falls as we didn't realize it was going to be so crowded and tight in the tubes and tunnels and long lines for the elevators. Very claustrophobic!

Our guide, Vinny, treated us like royalty and went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable day. His deep knowledge as a local born and raised in the city added so much to the experience. Between his insights and the effortless line-skipping, we felt like we had backstage passes. We cannot recommend this tour highly enough!

Exceptional tour of Niagara Falls

Walk Niagra Tours provided an amazing experience. They made the entire process so easy. Our tour guide Terry was exceptionally knowledgeable. It was a fantastic tour that included main areas around Niagara Falls, journey behind the Falls, and the boat tour. It was an excellent tour for children as well. There was a special needs member of our group and Terry took special care and concern to make the trip wonderful for him as well. It was an overall wonderful experience.

Kingsley was our tour...

Kingsley was our tour guide, he had lots of history on the falls through the years. We were not able to participate in the boat part of the tour due to early closure of the boats, but Kingsley did all he could to get us on the last ride, he put us cabs instead of walking to the location. We did have options, to due the tour again the next day or get a refund for the boat part. Since we were already booked the next day on another tour, we opted for the refund. We truly appreciated our time with this tour.

Wow!

My 15 year-old granddaughter says the experience was absolutely amazing and I agree. There’s a little bit of wait time between purchasing, getting suited up, and taking off which caused me some increased anxiety. I was scared ****less. The guy who hooked me up, said it was normal and it would be fine, sort of poo pooing my fear but I imagine he was probably used to that! They take great care to put the backpack on, where you store your stuff, and your suit and your helmet. Then they check that you’re all hooked up, and 123 you go! I would definitely do it again! You don’t go until the people in front of you are done. Definitely worth the experience. I just realized there were no pictures of us while we were on the zip line. Only a video and only the pictures you get at the end. I wish they would’ve gotten a shot of us as we were on the line. I did not buy my video so all I have is the picture of the falls at the end. That’s a bummer. The other thing is that the photos that you buy from them have zip line in the left-hand bottom corner, which also kind of ruins the shot. They make you pay for the photos so they shouldn’t put that on it.

Robby knows his history

My partner and I booked this tour more than a week before. They were in constant communication through emails.
