Lecce to Brindisi

A beautiful bike tour through expanses of olive trees, dry stone walls and pay that will lead us to the Lecce coast of San Cataldo before we venture into the lush Cesine Natural Park. From here we will proceed to the fantastic fortified city of Acaya where we will taste an excellent aperitif with the possibility of visiting the castle. Upon returning to Lecce, we will have a fun cooking lesson on fresh pasta in the garden of an ancient boathouse, with appetizer and lunch based on fresh pasta typical products and local wines.

Enjoy an up-close experience of Puglia’s picturesque countryside on this languidly paced, full-day bike tour. Meet your guide, set off from Lecce, and continue onwards to Acaya, where you’ll see its historical castle and stop for light refreshments. Then, head to the Adriatic coastline and go for a refreshing swim before visiting Le Cesine Nature Reserve: the region’s last-remaining wetland habitat. Finally, bike back to Lecce along scenic country lanes.
