The Hakone area is absolutely beautiful and there is a lot to see so it was great to have an excellent guide (Hiro) who was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. Hiro was able to shepherd us around using public transit very effectively. Highlights included black eggs, superb view of Mt. Fuji, a short boat ride on Lake Ashinoko, and an incredible Azalea garden at Hotel de Yama.

This was just perfect for our group of 8: 2 families with 4 teenagers. Our tour guide, Young, was terrific. She really wanted to maximize our experience. She took note of what we wanted to do and made it happened. The day was perfect as we were able to experience all the spots that we wanted to visit. Highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful day with our guide Shoma. He was friendly and knowledgeable and completely customized our itinerary to suit our family’s needs which included lots of shopping (Asakusa, Ginza, etc) and finding a cat cafe. Taking the train was seamless as Shoma knew exactly where to go and he also took plenty of great photos throughout the day too. This is a must for ensuring you hit the highlights that are important to you. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent tour. We took a private tour of Austin. He was punctual. He took us to various sites within the city. His explanations were thorough. His Pace was very good. We covered a lot of ground with many shrines and temples. We saw sites of historical and cultural significance. We had life at a local restaurant with Japanese comfort food. All of my family interacted well with him and he provided much information which is beneficial for the rest of the trip. I highly recommend this tour.

Miyuki was wonderful. She had plenty of information to keep the tour interesting. Her comments where not only interesting, but she was was a lot of fun. She went beyond the normal explanations and history ny providing us with local snacks. Thank you very much for a very enjoyable day..
