Cooking class
It was a very beautiful experience. We were lucky to only be 4 people (low season). The guide was so nice!! We started by going to the market then coconut boat and we continued with the cooking class. We finished by eating the 5 meals and the fruits then the taxi brought us back to our hotel. I recommend *100

The experience was great....
The experience was great. Going through the market and doing the boat tour was exciting. Our tour guide was very informative and engaging. The actual cooking experience was fun and the food was tasty. Meeting people from all over the world was an added bonus. Would highly recommend.

Great cooking class in a family atmosphere
Great cooking class in a small group in a family environment. The chef Quang was very nice, put in a lot of effort, and was always funny. We had a lot of fun as a family. The recipes were provided immediately afterward for cooking at home. Perfect. Anytime again.

An absolute highlight!
If you are looking for an unforgettable evening in Hoi An, book this tour immediately. We visited four distinct stops, and every single one delivered top-notch, exceptionally creative cocktails that went far beyond the standard menu fare. What truly elevated the entire night was our guide, Tim. Beyond knowing the craft and stories behind every spot we visited, he was fantastic company—incredibly knowledgeable, easygoing, and just genuinely fun to talk to. Our conversations flowed effortlessly from local history and current events to universal philosophy between drinks. It felt less like a scripted excursion and more like exploring hidden gems with a great friend. An excellent tour from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Hailed as one of the country’s culinary capitals, Hoi An is the ideal place to master the basics of Central Vietnam’s distinctive cuisine, which fuses Southeast Asian and French styles. Sure, you could just feast on bahn mi and cao lau—but cooking classes in Hoi An teach you traditional Vietnamese cooking techniques and offer more insight into the local culinary culture than you’d get from dining at a restaurant alone. These classes often include a visit to a local market, a tour of a farm, and even a ride in a basket boat, for the ultimate epicurean experience.
