Big thank you to Slava. He was a very informative and funny guide! Helping us along the way with translation and also giving us a lot of information. Enjoyed the scenic drive and our lunch! It was so good! The winery tour was interesting! The underground tunnels span a distance of 120km! Wines were very good!! Overall I enjoyed myself a lot, met very nice tour mates on the group, there were 5 of us and it was very nice chatting with them. Highly recommended as pick up was on time, very organised and though we got caught in traffic, it was still very nice enjoyable!

This tour was excellent. I was part of a small group of 9 people. If you like Soviet history and want to see Soviet buildings / statues / mosaics / artifacts, this is the place to go! Our guide was Natalia. She is personable and knowledgeable. She also takes great photos. Crossing the border was easy both ways, nothing to worry about at all. Lunch at the Soviet canteen was great. Changing money is easy, half of the places we visited also accepted Moldovan Lei or USD. You can buy all sorts of great souvenirs on this tour. Overall I had a great time!

Perhaps a bit expensive, but provided excellent private car to the winery, and the tour was incredible. We were guided by the amazing Valeria, she was entertaining and clearly knew her stuff. Afterwards, we had a great wine tasting, live music playing for each of our home countries. Truly a unique, interesting experience.

A Highly Professional and Well-Organized Tour We were very pleased with how well organized the entire tour was. Our guide, Victor, had extensive knowledge of the history and current issues of both Moldova and Transnistria, and he explained everything in a clear and accessible way. His time management was also excellent. The original itinerary included a visit to Bender Fortress in the afternoon, but Victor had found out in advance that an event would be taking place there and that an afternoon visit would therefore not be possible. He adjusted the schedule accordingly. Thanks to his professionalism and preparation, we avoided a situation in which we might otherwise have missed the fortress entirely. Every part of the tour was carefully planned, including the time set aside to exchange money before entering Transnistria. The schedule throughout the day was managed very efficiently. I had actually considered visiting Transnistria independently without joining a tour. Had I done so, I would certainly have spent much more time getting around and would probably not have been able to see all the major sights in Bender and Tiraspol. I also would have missed the stories and historical context behind many places that I might otherwise have simply passed by without noticing their significance. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to gain a deeper understanding of Transnistria while making the most efficient use of their time.

A special day to discover the region of Transnistria: welcoming people, Soviet architecture, huge statue of Lenin, a special lunch “back in USSR”, a unique bookstore with all russian memorabilia and Cyrillic characters everywhere….a unique experience with our guide, Ekaterina, who was very nice and informative. Highly recommended!

10/10 Experience! The attractions were fascinating and our guide went absolutely above and beyond. Our guide Vadim is an expert historian who gave us detailed explanations of each planned attraction plus everything else we passed. He added tasteful humor and insightful details all throughout, plus answered all the extra questions we had. Unfortunately, the museum was closed (despite the website showing otherwise), but our guide still shared its story and even took us to another similar museum to make up for it. This tour was truly fascinating, as we got to know so much about the Gagauz history and culture. The food was amazing and the atmosphere at the Sofrasi restaurant was great, as we even saw a traditional wedding. It cannot be overstated how above and beyond Vadim went to make the experience special and worthwhile. This tour is perfect for anyone who appreciates culture, history and traditional customs.

A really good tour to beautiful and peaceful locations. Our guide was excellent and knowledgeable. The monastery was highlight. Such stunning surroundings. This is a wonderful way to explore Moldova outside of the capital. A really real ‘must’ for including, in any visit to Chisinau.

You could get a guide from Chisinau BUT Anton Dendemarchenko lives in Transnistria and he guides you through an experience of Pridnistrovia. He's very focused on providing a catered experience and he communicated via WhatsApp as soon as I booked to ask about who I am and what I wanted from my visit. To say he went beyond expected is no exaggeration, he added a few hours to our visit so he could show us more Local things. When you book with Anton, a local, you have so many advantages. Be warned there will be a quiz, you are expected to think... it's ok if you don't want to participate. And for your safety, there's no talking to Anton while he's driving in the city. For some reason I got a Gilead vibe, there is NO similarity, just the desire to create your own country and the reaction from the rest of the world.
