Armin was a great guide, very knowledgeable about the history and answered every question we had. He was pleasant, funny and was able to share personal stories from his families experience during the siege. I highly recommend this tour if you want to go beyond the surface and face some of the history that makes Sarajevo the vibrant, human, resilient city it is today.

Incredible experience! The tour was very well organized, and the staff in the office were very friendly. Our guide Jasmin and the driver were both polite and careful, and they shared a lot of interesting facts about Bosnia during the trip. Tarik was excellent with knowledge about Bosnian history and culture, and offer brilliant service. I was really lucky as I was the only customer that day in winter season even though some of the programme isn’t open but Tarik was quite flexible and accommodating, it was a great experience in Bosnia. Definitely recommend.

This was a beautiful and engaging day trip that combined stunning scenery with a broader understanding of Bosnia’s long and layered history. The stops in Travnik and Jajce offered a wonderful mix of old fortresses, historic towns, and incredible natural landscapes. The views were a major highlight—especially the waterfalls and elevated viewpoints—which made the day feel both visually impressive and culturally enriching. Rather than focusing on a single period, the tour helped place Bosnia’s history in a wider context, spanning centuries and giving a fuller sense of how the country’s past fits together. Our guide, Senad, was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly, and his explanations were clear and engaging throughout the day. He also brought a great sense of warmth to the tour, occasionally adding light humor that made the experience feel relaxed and welcoming without taking away from the substance. One small note for travelers: if you’re visiting in winter, some of the smaller, tourist-oriented towns and shops may be fairly quiet or closed for the season. This didn’t take away from the experience for me, but it’s helpful to know when planning. This was a memorable and well-rounded tour, and a great way to experience both the beauty and the depth of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This tour provided an important and informative look at life in Sarajevo during the siege. Visiting the Tunnel of Hope was especially meaningful, and hearing the history directly from a veteran added depth and authenticity to the experience that you simply don’t get from reading or exhibits alone. My guide was professional, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in how he presented the history. The tour moved beyond the tunnel itself and included several sites around Sarajevo, which helped contextualize what daily life was like during the siege and how the city endured it. Overall, this was a meaningful and informative experience that added important context to Sarajevo’s history. Seeing the tunnel and hearing personal stories made the siege feel much more real, and the additional stops around the city helped bring that period into focus. I’m glad I took this tour and would recommend it to anyone wanting a deeper understanding of Sarajevo.

I really appreciated that they didn't cancel the tour because I was the only customer (it's supposed to be a "group" tour); totally reliable! Ensar was both a good guide and good driver, could answer all my questions and gave me as muche time as I wanted at every stop. Especially liked the waterfall and the city of Mostar.

Our guide Azam provided an amazing experience during this tour. He provided so much knowledge and information about Bosnia history, events, and his personal experiences. He made sure to let us customize the tour how we wanted and was very kind and also a careful driver. The sites we visited were spectacular, and we had a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommended to do a private tour instead of a bus tour for the small additional cost.

Amazing transfer tour. Very customizable based on the participants’ preferences. Guide Senad was fantastic - he gave great info and context on the sites visited and the Balkans in general, was excellent through the border crossing, and spoke impeccable English. Highly recommend this tour to see beautiful western Serbia and Eastern Bosnia.
