This activity is recommended for people of all ages from the age of 14 where they will experience sliding in the waves of Playa de Las Americas where you will live an unforgettable experience. The activity is 2 hours and includes all the necessary equipment such as surfboard, neoprene, escarpments and lycra where you will start with a theory of 20 minutes where we will explain the basics of surfing , techniques to be able to enjoy with our first waves. The beach where we will surf in volcanic rock where the waves are perfect for beginners and advanced. Inside the sea they will always be guided by an experienced instructor and must follow his directions , at the end of the class will be stretched to prevent any injury and comment on how the experience has been.
