- Please note that if you arrive late to the meeting point, we are unable to allow you to join the tour midway due to logistical reasons.
- The bus will depart at the scheduled time at the discretion of our staff. We cannot wait for late arrivals. If you miss the departure, the tour fee will not be refunded.
- The scheduled times and itinerary details are subject to change due to traffic conditions, weather, or other unavoidable circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
- In the unlikely event that the tour is significantly delayed, and you incur expenses such as a taxi fare or accommodation, we regret that our company cannot accept any claim for compensation. We strongly recommend leaving ample time for connections after the tour.
- Depending on the final number of participants, the tour may use a medium-sized or small bus instead of a large one.
- The tour may be subject to cancellation or itinerary changes if the minimum number of participants (usually 15 people, but please check your booking confirmation) is not met. We will inform you at least 3 days prior to the departure date.
- In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, major accidents), the tour may be cancelled without prior notice. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
- If you have food allergies or other dietary restrictions, please inform the person in charge when making your initial booking.
- If you require special assistance or arrangements (e.g., wheelchair access, assistance with small children), please inform us when booking.
- We will accommodate your request to the best of our ability. However, please note that some services may incur an additional charge.
- We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests for seating, hotel rooms (if applicable to the tour), or specific allergy arrangements. If we cannot meet a request, we will inform you in advance.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bus.
- Please be mindful of the person behind you when you recline your seat. For safety reasons, the guide may advise against using the recliner on certain routes.
- The bus is not equipped with a restroom. The bus will make scheduled stops for bathroom breaks.
- Bringing pets of any kind is not permitted on the tour. (Excluding certified service animals, with prior notice.)
- During designated free time, you are generally expected to enjoy the activities on your own without a guide.
- Lost and found items will be held for two weeks after the tour ends. When contacting us about them, it will be helpful to tell us your seating position during the tour.

Our tour guide Juju was awesome! She has been in Japan for many years and had a lot of interesting factoids to share with us.
We had an easy time getting everywhere via bus. We unfortunately hit some traffic on the way back, so I don’t recommend having dinner plans after this trip, but we got to eat so many snacks and strawberries that we weren’t hungry even at 7:30 when we got back.
The ability to see Mt Fuji is very weather-dependent! We got lucky and had a PERFECT view everywhere we went! Highly recommend this trip if the weather is good (wear sunscreen) and I think I still would have had fun even if Fuji-san was shy. :)

Alex is a great tour guide. Enjoy the view of Mount Fuji. Great weather in mid-November. Grape picking allowed to try many different varieties of grapes. Lot of great fall colors, very vibrant shades of yellow, orange and red.

Our guide for this tour was Yuko, and she did a great job. Mount Fuji was far better and more impressive than expected. The breathtaking view from the top of a mountain in front of Mount Fuji, which you reach by cable car, is truly unforgettable.
Then, we went to a beautiful garden, where you can take amazing pictures with Mount Fuji in the background. Don't forget to make time to eat lavender and blue flower ice cream in that spot! We had a traditional lunch from that region (I've forgotten the name of the dish), which was so good. You'll also have time to get goodies made from the many fruits harvested in that region.
Before we headed back to Tokyo, we stopped to pick and eat cherries—what a better way to finish the day! They were very tasty and fresh. The owners of the farm were so nice and welcoming to us; they showed us and helped us pick the best fruits from the trees. We had a great day.

Betty is fluent in English and Mandarin, and went the extra mile to make origamis and teach some young passengers how to fold cranes. Lunch is delicious and fulfilling. Cherries did not taste special but it is not a difficult or bad experience. The trees are filled with cherries, easy to pick. Driver was very kind and made sure to greet each of us when we alight and board the bus. Overall I'm pleased with Betty and the driver's service.

I appreciate the experience but our guide Umar/Amar was not personable. Rushed the entire group the entire time and made the event unenjoyable. I felt bad for the group who was struggling to keep up with their elderly family member. Honestly may be easier to take the train and do all the events on your own. Guide also never asked about food allergies prior to the lunch, guide also told us it was buffet style/ all you can eat & was not. My sister is allergic to pork and had difficulty getting another meal.

Be careful when booking this during the winter. The ropeline was closed due to high winds and the road to the Mt Fuji stations was closed due to icy roads. The park has a great view and the strawberry picking was also great. Mieko was great and was able to find us some other activities in the area, so we weren’t just sitting around.

I really enjoyed this tour! Perfect for my full day off. It was raining but I still had a great time. The tour guide, Edward, was friendly and energetic. I met some nice people on the bus as well. Many of the guests are Chinese speakers so it's a bilingual tour. We had delicious grapes at the farm, yummy udon on a cold day, and saw great views. I like tours because you don't need to make any plans and you go to multiple places and end up with lots of photos in one day.

The tour was wonderful. We missed a location because of traffic and we had to stay on schedule, but the tour operator was very accommodating. Mt. Fu ji , the surrounding gardens and the fruit picking was a great experience. Tom was very knowledgeable...and funny!

The tour itself was fine, however there were other factors making our time less enjoyable. One was traffic. Since we were stuck in traffic for so long, we had to skip the Mt. Fuji 5th station stop for which we were disappointed. Also, we didn't get back to Shinjuku until 9 pm.
Second was the heat. We had to wait in line in the sun for over 30 minutes for the Ropeway...and didn't get to see Mt. Fuji because of the clouds.
Otherwise, the tour was fine. Both our tour guide and bus driver were nice. We enjoyed our grape picking, lunch was ok, and Mt. Fuji was beautiful from the Oishi Park.
I would do the tour again but with the train from Shinjuku and not the bus.

It was a great trip! The sightseeing spots and activities were amazing. The tour guide was very nice and he had a lot of fun facts to share.
The food was really good too and quite filling. Overall a very pleasant experience! Highly recommend.

It was a cloudy day so views of mt. Fuji were limited. Our guide, Shin, was unenthusiastic and taught us very little about Mt. Fuji and the area. He talked way more about souvenirs and ice cream. It felt like we were rushed at our stops and yet got back late to Tokyo. The cherry picking was boring and a stop I wish I didn’t have on this trip. Overall, I would not recommend this trip to anyone.

Great trip! Our guide Peter was wonderful. Loved it all and well worth the price! The cherries were so good and the farmers were so nice. While it was a cloudy day once we got to the viewing spot, we were able to see Fuji perfectly!

Fantastic experience with our tour guide! Their knowledge, enthusiasm, and professionalism made the trip truly memorable. They expertly navigated us through each destination. The fruit picking was fun. It was a shame about the dull weather which meant we couldn't visibly see Mt Fuli, but it was so beautiful and amazing none the less. Highly recommend!

The trip had a good route around Mount Fuji but the tour guide spoilt the experience. He had no sense of time, was 2 hour late to complete the tour, at least one our attributed to his lack of ability to convey tour participants to be back on time. His english was broken, knowledge limited. Food in lunch was low quality (except for the strawberries). Overall a poor experience.

I loved all of this trip. From the scenic cable car up to the spectacular view point of Mt Fuji to the Japanese lunch, to the strawberry picking, then the view of the mountain from the lake... there were another 2 stops which i was a bit too tired to enjoy. This was an amazing tour well worth taking.
Our tour guide Thomas kept the long drive interesting and I loved the Mt Fuji song that he taught us.

Good overall. No WiFi in bus. The narrator sound was not reaching the back of the bus so couldn't hear her narrative. They need to fix this to be 5 star . Lunch fantastic, sights beautiful

It was fun to cherry pick as we missed the cherry blossoms, the areas were scenic, cable car was nice. It was a little cloudy otherwise was a nice view of the country side…. would have been nice to be given little more general information by tour guide
