I had an incredible time at this sushi-making class! Our instructor, Sensei Ken, was fantastic—he was extremely patient and made sure everyone in the group was taken care of, regardless of their skill level. He took the time to guide us through each step, ensuring our rolls actually looked as good as they tasted.
Mary was a great assistant as well. She was so kind and very friendly, making the whole environment feel welcoming and fun.
It was a truly memorable experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, hands-on activity. As a wonderful bonus, we also got to do some matcha making, which was the perfect way to round out the session.

The instructors were amazing, fun, and very accommodating. It was a great cultural experience. If you have a family this is a must do. The length of the class is just right. The sushi, sake , matcha and mochi were perfect. We did a 4:00 booking and it was a great dinner. We became sushi masters in 1.5 hrs. I give this a 5 star.

I had no experience making sushi before this class, but Ken made everything so easy and fun to follow. By the end, I was making nigiri and maki that actually looked and tasted great! The location in Asakusa is perfect too. A must-do in Tokyo!
