It was relaxing and we got to see Sevilla from a different perspective. I expected to learn more about what we were seeing but it was difficult to hear. That was disappointing you couldn’t ask questions. I guess a private small group tour was really what I was looking for.

We went with 3 couples, and all of us were very disappointed. Basically, an hour up and down the river. Very little narrative. That being said, the crew was very nice and extremely hard working. We might have had a different experience if we had gotten on the top deck. We arrived 25 minutes early, and it was full already

Terri, I'm so sorry you were disappointed. Basically, what we offer is an hour and a half guided cruise with an appetizer of Iberian ham, aged Manchego cheese, and a drink of your choice (the only ones on the river). The experience doesn't depend on where you go on the boat, but on your attitude and how much you enjoy it. I can't tell you more than that!

Sharon, I'm sure there are better boat trips than ours, I don't know. I don't understand this review. "We didn't go very far"? We're the only river port in Spain, we sail through the city center, and we can't go faster than 4 knots. Of course, it's free to assume, but I think before giving an opinion, we should at least have some basic information. All the boats that operate in Seville do the same thing; our company includes a snack and a drink—THE ONLY ONES! Anyway, assumptions are free. Cheers.

A very disorganised boat trip

There was a band they were filming and singing infront of people , nobody talk to us for half an hour , they took the seats from the customers , some people had to sat inside despite paid for it , it was very disappointing.

I'm sorry you felt disappointed, and while we respect your opinion, we don't understand it. We did a short live recording, and everyone loved it and applauded. It only lasted a few minutes, and to be clear, no one took anyone's seat, as they had paid for it. It's a shame you couldn't enjoy our performance like the rest of the passengers!

Tour boat never showed up!!!

The tour operator canceled the boat tour but did not contact any of the 12 people waiting at the dock who had signed up and paid for the river tour. After three phone calls to the tour operator they finally told me they would refund our fee, but we had train tickets to leave in the morning so could not rebook the river cruise. This process took a long time standing in the hot sun on the dock. I’m extremely dissatisfied with this tour.

Ronald, we had an unexpected breakdown and couldn't sail with only one engine for obvious SAFETY reasons. We contacted each and every one of our customers by email and phone; absolutely everyone. There were people, like you, who didn't answer the phone or read the emails or WhatsApp messages. I'm telling you, you can't have less empathy in a situation like the one we experienced the other day, and you can't be dissatisfied with something you didn't experience.

Enjoyable cruise

Enjoyable cruise along the river and back. The drink and nibbles were appreciated. Plenty of shade and pleasant crew who worked hard. The narrative was good although a bit rushed but was given in 3 languages.

Of course you need "Google Maps," it's OBVIOUS and it's written in our confirmation email? You're from the UK and you don't know Seville. Did you like the Jabugo ham? Did you like the aged Manchego cheese? What did you order to drink? What did you think of our team? In short, NO COMMENT!!! We have thousands of fellow countrymen who liked what we offer, but you didn't because you had to use Google Maps in a foreign country. NO COMMENT!!!

All communications and tickets showed incorrect starting time

We had to wait 1.5 hours for the cruise to begin because all of our communications and tickets had the wrong time……5:30 when the cruise actually began at 6:30 PM. Very inconvenient because we rushed to the meeting point where there was no staffing. Had to call the provider only to be told our Communications had the wrong time.

Not bad but not amazing

It was ok. There was a bar but the optional drink or tapas wasn’t offered that we saw. It’s a quick cruise and the person speaking did 3 languages which was appreciated but also so rushed it was hard to understand anything.

Makenzie, thank you for traveling with us. You only paid €15 for a one-hour cruise. As you correctly stated, we have a bar on board where you can buy whatever you like. The 90-minute tour for €25 includes a snack and a drink, which we provide to our customers. If you had wanted a drink, you could have ordered it directly at our bar, and we would have gladly served it to you. You didn't order anything; we don't understand your comment!

Relaxing Ride

Great cruise

The river cruise was great and they were very accommodating. The only disappointment was that the time of our tour was changed but it was not very obvious that it had been done. The booking time on the app didn’t change and therefore continued to send notifications for the incorrect time. Luckily it was an hour later so we sound something else to do in that time, but the communication was not clear enough about the new time.

We also gave them time to enjoy these exquisite treats. On the return trip, we provided explanations in three languages and answered all their questions. It's a shame you didn't appreciate what we do with so much care!

Pleasant crowd free breezy river cruise

Friendly staff. Boat left on time and tour ended at planned time. Easy to locate where to meet. Nice tapas on board. Great that you could buy additional drinks. The reality is there's not a huge amount to see along the river. Having said that, it's a nice break away from the rush of the city centre and there's a good breeze on a warm day. The narration of what you see along the river interestingly doesn't start until the reverse leg. We thought it was somewhat lacking on the outbound journey because we didn't know what we were looking at. But that was resolved on the way back.

Nice cruise overall

Nice cruise along the river. Plenty of room on-board. Included free drink (soda, beer, wine, sangria) and some local ham and cheese. Recommend getting anything but beer as it is a mini bottle (maybe 7 oz). Seems dumb to save a few cents and annoy the passenger. There was a little narration of the sites along the river during the second half of the cruise but the speaker has such as strong accent that it was very difficult to understand her English. Obviously Spanish speakers won't have this problem. Overall good.

Good tour

Good tour with a great guide that was fluent in at least 4 languages. The pier wasn't easy to find, as the wording is very small. Luckily we had enough time, but we had to ask a lot of people before we found the right place to meet. The Cava was good though!
