In the evening, head to the Mercado de Triana, and grab an apron: with your guide’s instruction, you’ll cook a 3-course meal, including gazpacho or salmorejo, a classic “tapa,” Valencian paella, and a simple and refreshing dessert to follow. Sangria is made and served during cooking time and up to 2 drinks per person (wine, beer, soda, etc.) are offered with the meal.
