Istria's west coast has three major destinations strung along the Adriatic—Poreč, the Lim Fjord, and Rovinj—and seeing all of them in one day is often tackled by car, even though many locals know that the coastline is actually best seen from the water. Skip pricey private charters and set sail on this cost-efficient wooden-boat trip from Poreč, which includes a Rovinj stop, a Lim Fjord sail-through with a legendary pirate cave visit, and Vrsar.

Sip on a glass of exquisite local wine or refreshing juice, and soak in the breathtaking views of the Poreč Riviera and the Adriatic Sea.
