Very small group (the electric cart only holds 6, including the driver/guide), very knowledgable and personable guide. We had time to get out at certain spots for a closer look and more in-depth info. Climb the Rocky Stairs if you want! Lots of interesting history, art, and architecture. No Liberty Bell, though, surprisingly. I was a little put off by the very aggressive waiver, which says you can't sue for any reason, not even their negligence. However, the tour itself and the guide we had were great!

Will is a knowledgeable focused guide who knows what his group needs. He is very attentive and ready to answer any questions. He gave enough time for the whole group to discover everything.
