What are people saying about Niagara Falls & Around

Im coming back.
It was great. A little confusing with the instructions for where to park and meet up. Email instructions needs an update with better instructions for meeting up. Our tour guide was awesome. Super friendly lots of knowledge about the city and the history of Niagara Falls. He made great recommendations and was always in a positive mood. My family liked his energy and felt very comfortable with him as a guide and a driver.

A must do excursion
John our tour guide/driver was a blast. Got to experience some of Niagara Falls Canada’s best sites. If you don’t want to get wet book a different tour, but you’ll miss the highlight of the day. The boat ride near the falls was so much fun and at the horseshoe falls it was like a cool shower. Well worth the money spent.

Diane was an amazingly knowledgeable and personable tour guide!! We could have hung out and talked with her all day. We also really enjoyed meeting and speaking with the other members of our tour. The boat ride up to the falls was one of the best experiences of my life. I would highly recommend this tour and this guide to everyone, especially at the earliest time of day while its less crowded and potentially cooler in the summer.

Bring your walking shoes! Make sure your cameras are charged!
We stayed in downtown Buffalo and took the 40 bus for 2$ to get to Rainbow bridge easy peasy (tons of Indian food/shops/ local businesses and attractions on the walk —be prepared for walking) Once we crossed the border into Canada it was again another hike to get to the tower but not confusing at all. Once inside The company has a big sign and is easy to find. We had a bit of a wait but got complementary water and honestly my parents needed a break, so setting in the ac was fine. Our tour guide was Metoe? (Spelling?) a witty, informative tall Indian man who was AMAZING! He made the tour smooth —it started down pouring and we still had the BEST time. He led us to the tunnels and out looks and then to the boat ride ** we got to skip the line!! This is at the end (still down pouring- we got ponchos the entire trip) and fresh ones if we wanted them once we got in the boat. He left us at that point with lovely fair well. The boat trip is at the end and near the bridge to walk back to USA but it is also right at the front of Clifton Hills (the rain stopped so we spent the day there) and headed back. We got into Canada at 1pm and left at 10pm). Waaay more to do on the Canada side! I would do this tour 100% .
