Our tour guide did a fantastic job of showing us Mazatlan. He even went out of his way when we could not get a good picture of the Mazatlan sign, he took us to another one & got a great shot. He took us to a shopping market. I did not see a dress there that I wanted from a previous location. He then drove us back to get the dress. He is very knowledgeable, accomodating & all around wonderful guide. I highly recommend booking with him if you get the chance.

First visit to Mazatlan and worth it

First trip to Mazatlan. Good communication with company as we were on a cruise and it was questionable whether we would be able to actually stop in Mazatlan. ALBERTO!!! excellent guide very knowledgeable and accommodating for us and our parents who are in their 70’s. It was a very hot day but we had cool beverages offered to us and AC stops when needed. It was nice being able to see this many spots in a short period of time and to spy out places we’d like to visit in the future. So happy we were able to have this experience. Thank you Alberto :)

Way above expectations

So much better than described. Personal ranch and tequila distillery. Clean and beautiful. We rode through the agave fields then out to a perfect beach. Lunch was incredible and very authentic. Home made tortillas, grilled pork cactus and mole. The tequila is made on site and we chatted with the owner. Can I give this more than 5 stars!?!

The resort was so nice the infinity pool was beautiful the food and drinks and service were five star beautiful views not crowded at all everybody was able to get a lounge chair it did not feel busy. Although you could walk down to the beach I did not my friend said it was great the water was so warm easy to get to.

Nice day in Mazatlán

Booked last-minute when our ship diverted due to weather, and we had a very nice day with Raúl! He showed us around while telling us about the highlights, was very friendly and helpful, and just generally ensured we all had a good experience. Raúl was happy to tailor everything to our preferences, for everything from the sights to a scenic lunch spot to a tequila tasting room. The chilled drinks were a nice bonus.

Good way to see it all

This was great for getting a guided overview of the town. Our guide, Gloria, did a fantastic job of telling us all the stories around the historical features, important sites, and when special events would occur around the year. The car was comfortable, air conditioned, and she had water available to ensure we didn’t get dehydrated. We got to all the popular spots around town and it was an appropriate amount of time. I will note, they do take you to a store at the end of the tour where you get a bit of a sales pitch for jewelry, knickknacks, etc. But, at least they are good quality and reasonably priced for what they are. The free alcohol is only at that store, which for us was fine as we don’t really drink much. Overall, a great experience for getting all around the city in a reasonable amount of time. Spend more time in Old Town if you can; the Golden Zone is just like Daytona Beach at spring break - very commercial, corporate, and boring.

Our guide (who I cannot recall his name) was amazing. He explained the smart bike operation, made sure we understood everything, and had us do a test ride back and forth on a quiet street. The bikes performed well, and his knowledge of Mazatlan was deep, taking us to the best locations and sharing his knowledge about each stop. This was a great way to experience the geography, history, and people of Mazatlan. I highly recommend this to teens and adults of all ages.

We toured Mazatlán with Issac and he was fun, informative and very accommodating. We learned all about the area while seeing the beautiful sites. We didn't know Liverpool England was Mazatlán's sister city and loved seeing the Beatles paraphernalia. We saw cliff divers, beautiful beaches and a very pretty church.
