Amazing Day!!
This was the second snorkeling trip we took in Loreto. There were only 4 of us on the trip. The Captain catered to what we were most interested in. I really wanted to spend a few minutes with the Blue Footed Boobies, so he helped us spot them and we hung out with them a bit. We saw tons of wildlife, including a very large dolphin pod and sea lions. He was very respectful of them, he did not chase or harass them like I saw another captain doing. This cruise was different than the other one we were on because he gave us the option of snorkeling off the boat or beach or both. We all chose both. I saw a lot more fish jumping off the boat, then the beach. We went by a few white sandy beaches that had a bunch of tour boats on them, so he brought us to his favorite small hidden beach. We were the only people there!! The lunch was a delicious ceviche and bean or beef burritos. Drinks were water or juices. No booze on this cruise and that was fine with me. It was an amazing, beautiful day. I also loved that they rescheduled our trip when our original day was windy. While on the boat he checked with other captains to determine the best place to snorkel based on current and clarity of water. They really worked with our schedule and made sure we had the best experience! I strongly recommend it!!

Highly Recommend this tasty and informative tour
Karen took us to places we would never have found, or gone into. They were all locally owned and run small restaurants or stands. The food was fabulous, I am a pescatarian and she made sure to accommodate me. We did the walking tour, towards the end it did get a bit hot so we were thankful it ended with ice cream. Karen also wrote out for us a few more of her top picks and made suggestions on what to order based on her favorites. I would highly recommend this tour. It not only gave us a delicious taste of Loreto, it taught us how to get around town!

Would highly recommend
We had a blast on this tour!! The wildlife and scenery was amazing!! I also loved that our Captain was respectful of the wildlife we saw. There were other boats where the captain was running through pods of dolphins at full speed so a tourist could make a video. Our Captain said that that kind of thing is illegal! The time on the beach will go down in history for me. We met some great people, there were a total of 6 of us. The tequila and beer were quite enjoyable. The beach chairs, shade tent and towels were greatly appreciated as well. Lunch was very simple. A bean and a beef burrito and chips. I would highly recommend this tour!

A lovely historic outing
There is a lot of driving to get to the Mision, but it is through a beautiful and interesting landscape. The road is winding in many spots as it climbs in altitude, but the van is very comfortable and air conditioned. Santos was an excellent tour guide and driver. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the Mision and area. Lunch was in a small restaurant near the Mision, where we had a number of dishes to choose from. Overall a very nice outing.
