Take this class! Great way to learn about some Vietnamese cuisine and culture!
The cooking class is at Lily's local restaurant and house, offering a very chill countryside experience and a chance to learn how to make popular Vietnamese dishes. We made papaya salad, Vietnamese pancakes, pho and fried spring rolls. We took part in making most of it other than the pho broth which takes some time. The food turned out great and we had a good time chatting about how life is here. Definitely give this course a try while you are here!

We had an amazing time...
We had an amazing time doing the Secret Cocktail experience in Hoi An, and Tim really made the night what it was. He kept us entertained and engaged the whole evening, and we loved hearing all the history and stories about Hoi An and Vietnam along the way.
The experience itself was so unique. We got to visit some really cool hidden spots and try custom cocktails that you definitely wouldn’t get if you just walked into these places on your own. Every stop also came with small bites, and honestly, the food was really good too.
This ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Huge thanks to Tim for such a fun, memorable night. Would highly recommend!

Wonder full experience....
Wonder full experience. We got picked up from our hotel and taken to the bamboo boats, this was easy and fun. Then of to the markets then the cooking class. 4 dishes with clear instructions and help if you needed it. Over all a wonderful tour and would do it again.

Amazing experience. Highly recommended!
YES CHEF! Tram was an amazing person to do this tour with, very lovely experience. I would highly recommend this tour, she is very enthusiastic, knowledgeable about the Vietnamese foods that we made and has many years of experience! Every dime spent on this tour is worth your time!!! Our day started off at the local markets where we picked out ingredients for the dishes we were going to cook down later the day, she told us the purpose and intention behind each ingredient, it was a very thrilling and educational experience. Next, we took a car ride and then visited her place & did the coconut boat ride. The ride was very fun, with friendly boat staff that took us around the river. We then went back, took a break and started our cooking class! The cooking class was very fun, engaging & Tram was very fun to communicate and talk with! At the end, we had the food we ate, along with some cheap paid drinks (beer/soft drinks). Overall a great experience, and would definitely come back to do something like this next time I am back in Vietnam.

Hidden gems - delicious soups on side streets
Visiting Hoi An is not complete without riding a lantern Sampan boat down the Hoai River and releasing a paper lit candle to release worry and bad luck and make a wish for love and good health🥰🥰🥰❤️💕♥️ Our tour guide took us on side streets where hidden authentic Chinese and Vietnamese made delicious soups. The food was delicious although some of the broth ended up on my blouse😋🤪. No problem, I wore my shirt backward for the rest of our tour.

Unforgettable experience!!
Absolutely amazing experience! One of my favorite things I’ve done in Hoi An. The family who runs the business and teaches you are so kind and knowledgeable. They made us laugh the whole time and their expertise shows in every detail. Cannot recommend enough!!

Treasured trip
Amazing experience! Highly recommend the early morning tour as we got to see the local life wake and how fresh noodles are hand made in a traditional way, ready for the market. Great tour that included eats at very local spots. Thuy was an excellent guide, she brought everything to life with the local stories she shared, her love for Hoi An conveyed the beauty of Hoi An, and she always considered our needs. Blessed to have had Thuy show us a special side of Hoi An!

Sumptuous Cooking Tour
Cruise the day on a local boat ride 45mins to Grandma's Island with Thom *answering all our questions along the way. We heard about the locals shrimp & mullet farming. On the Island we walked 5mins to a tropical outdoor setting. A delicious Welcome drink on arrival (today was fresh passionfruit). A well organized day full of food, laughter and learning. We hand made our own rice pan cakes filled them with traditional Vietnamese cuisine and dipped in local dipping sauces. We made delicious spring rolls... and made a Vietnamese salad with pawpaw and prawns. There were Vegan and Vegetarian options for each dish. We finished with the Tuna fish Claypot served with rice. Grandma's kitchen shared a taste of their traditional Vietnamese pumpkin soup and an interesting desert. You will definitely not go hungry on this sumptuous tour.

I had an amazing time...
I had an amazing time from start to finish! The tour guide Bien is super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They kept the group smaller (<10 people) so it felt that we dont have to wait around too much. They even gave you a banh mi with the boat ride at the end. 10/10 would recommend! Dont forget to tip your bus driver, tour guide and boat driver.

Excellent experience with Rin
I had an excellent experience with Rin. He is incredibly patient, professional, and very talented. He took so many beautiful photos at every location and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He even helped by holding my bag, which really shows how thoughtful and supportive he is. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great photographer.

Fantastic, Family Run Experience!
This was such a fun and wholesome coffee making class and great value for money (you make 5 coffees and get given a surprise gift at the end). The family who run the class are so lovely, knowledgable and funny - they made the class engaging and I would reccomend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.
