Getting up at 0 dark thirty may seem hard, but the sunrise view is absolutely amazing! Emily was super friendly and knowledgeable. She took great care of our group. If you want to catch the stunning views of Lake Louise and Moraine Lake this is the way to do it. Avoid the hassle of driving and parking on your own and let the experts take care of you.

We had such an amazing experience on this tour! We originally planned to visit the lakes on our own, but when that didn’t work out, we booked this tour, and honestly, we’re so glad we did. Our tour guide, Ahmed, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire day fun and engaging. He shared so many interesting facts about Banff and the surrounding area while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. Our driver, Joe, was wonderful as well. He got us safely to every stop, and everything ran smoothly throughout the day. We loved that the itinerary included several beautiful lakes, and it was so nice not having to worry about planning or driving ourselves. It made for a completely stress-free day, and we were able to just relax and enjoy the incredible scenery. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Banff. Thank you, Ahmed and Joe, for making our trip so memorable!

Our tour guide / driver was Aashish, he did a great job taking us to all the places that were listed on the itinerary of this tour and shared interesting facts about them. He also took lovely photos for all of us! All the place we visited were breathtakingly beautiful! On the way back to banff town we even saw a large herd of Elk! I highly recommend this tour, especially since it includes the most beautiful turquoise Moraine lake which is not accessible for private vehicles!

Great experience and highly recommended, especially if you want to enjoy Moraine Lake and Lake Louise before the crowds arrive! Not having to drive at 4:00 AM was a huge relief, and the hot coffee and cozy blankets in the morning were a thoughtful touch. We had about two hours at each lake, which was enough time to hike the Rockpile Trail at Moraine Lake and the Fairview Lookout Trail at Lake Louise. Andy (Andrew) was an excellent guide who made the trip both informative and enjoyable. On the drive back along the Bow Valley Parkway, he helped us spot a bear in the wild! We'd definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Banff!

This was my husband’s and my first trip to Banff, and our tour guide, (Sweet) Caroline did everything possible to ensure we were comfortable on the tour. She communicated extremely well regarding meeting times, washroom facilities, and hiking trails around the lakes, and she was highly knowledgeable of the area. She was very personable and even had candies and water for the guests on the tour. Caroline made the tour to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise one we will never forget! Thank you, (Sweet) Caroline for taking great care of my husband and me on this tour!

This was a must do when travelling in Alberta, in fact, I would travel across the world JUST to do this again. The time allowances at each destination were enough to genuinely enjoy the experience and our driver (Ron) was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining, even with his bad jokes! Could not recommend this tour more :)

Ron and Cyrus were great tour guides, it was lovely to sit back and be driven everywhere with commentary and suggestions. There was some unexpected road conditions on the way that slowed us down but they were great at being nimble and fixing up the itinerary on the fly to make sure we could see everything. Highly recommend for a touch of everything!

My husband and I decided to take our three adult children and their spouses on a trip to Banff this summer. After spending many hours researching, I was concerned about the logistics involved in seeing the wide range of amazing sites during the busy season, especially with parking and long lines mentioned constantly during my review. To ensure we saw all the major attractions, we decided to hire Vista Chase for a private, all-day tour on the second day of our trip. Although we initially hesitated due to the cost versus driving ourselves, hiring Vista Chase eliminated stress and allowed us to fully enjoy Banff’s wonders. The day turned out to be the highlight of our trip. Our itinerary included Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Peyto Lake, Crowfoot Glacier, Bow Lake, Johnston Canyon, Mt. Norquay Lookout, Bow Falls, and Surprise Corner. Kiernan contacted me the evening before to review the itinerary and see if we wanted any changes. He arrived outside our Airbnb early the next morning, introduced themselves to everyone, offered drinks, and checked again for modifications. After mentioning our semi-private tour the following day to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, Kiernan suggested spending less time at these spots so we could add a visit to Takakkaw Falls, which was spectacular after several days of rain. Kiernan created lasting memories for our family. He was polite, engaged, knowledgeable, and tuned into the various personalities and hiking capabilities of our group—ranging in age from 26 to 77 years. Kiernan would drop us off at each entrance, hike with us, and share the history and items of interest at each site. He seemed to know exactly when to engage and when to let the group absorb the surroundings quietly. Our family still talks about the amazing day we had thanks to Kiernan, and my children absolutely loved his company. This excursion was truly one of our best vacation days ever. We enjoyed Kiernan’s guidance so much that we arranged for him to take us on the Icefields Parkway Tour on our last day. This experience was equally as rewarding as the prior tour. It involved a bit more driving, but the scenery was so beautiful.
