After pickup from your hotel, the harbor, or the tourist information center, we drive to the small village of Kviby, where you'll receive warm clothing, a helmet, and a thorough safety briefing. In small groups, we ride along the dramatic coastline – known for its excellent Northern Lights conditions. If the weather allows, you may see the green lights dance across the untouched Arctic landscape – an unforgettable sight. In winter, whales come to the herring-rich fjords in northern Norway to hunt. This is a unique opportunity to experience the whales up close while exploring the beautiful Fjords of northern Norway. You will get to enjoy the beautiful winter skies, while surrounded by mountains and the fjords wildlife. Once on the boat we will make our way out into the fjords to look for humpback whales and Orcas. We will keep a safe distance and turn off our boat engines to minimize the disturbance to the whales. The whales are just as curious about visitors as we are about them, so they will most likely come and swim around our boat. Please note that while we try our best, we can not guarantee that we will actually see whales on the trip. The season start and end date can be adjusted according to whale migration patterns. We conduct this tour in small groups of maximum 12 participants only to ensure a great and personal experience for all of our guests.

Your best chance to see the northern lights in Alta is to be out under the night sky as often as you can. This tour takes you outdoors for a cozy “slow adventure” – a perfect way to spend an evening in good company on a leisurely local northern lights hunt. Your ride will take you through the forest and along the Alta River until you arrive at a wilderness shelter and take a break. A late, light dinner will be served around a fire, protected from the weather by the shelter’s half-wall. Along with conversation and local stories, if the conditions are right you might even have a chance to take a few pictures of the aurora in the sky!

We take them with us on a trip in the forestry to see how we do the forestry. we show them the forestry machine we use and let the tray it. We drive around in the Forestry with snowmobile and Utv and the gest will get the opportunity to drive the snowmobile.We have fire pit to warm up the gest and grill some food on. Warm clothes the guest must have with them self. The guest will get an opportunity to test their skills to throw axe. And maybe we se the moose in the forestry.

We will pick you up from your stay, then head out to the farm. We will great the horses and talk a little bit about how the different horses work Now the fun begins. Depending on your riding level, we will head out to the woods either walk, trot or gallop. The trees hanging over the small path in the forest, completely covered in snow. Surrounded with nature, the only sound you can hear is the horse’s footsteps and heavy breath in the crisp cold air. These woods are known for their moose population. so, if you are lucky, we might catch I glimpse of the king himself.

Recently, whales have been appearing in Alta Fjord as they migrate further north, bringing these magnificent creatures closer to our region. The most common species you'll encounter are sperm whales and killer whales (orcas), though there are also opportunities to see porpoises and hourglass dolphins. Join us on an exciting adventure as we explore the Fjord in search of whales. If you're lucky, you may witness the breathtaking sight of hourglass dolphins swimming wildly in the sea, and have the incredible opportunity to see wild whales up close.

As the seasons shift between October and February, the Alta Fjord comes alive with migrating herring, signaling the presence of magnificent Orcas and Humpback whales. These gentle giants enjoy their "food platter", and to witness this remarkable sight will give you memories for life. And this experience does not end here. The area is also home to the Arctic dolphins, the majestic sea eagle, with a wingspan up to 2.5 metres and other seabirds - species. We use different boats according to the size of the group and the weather conditions, but our local guide will always accompany our group. Under the boat transfer to the hot-spot and in periods when the whales are diving, you can stay inside in the warm cabin and enjoy hot chocolate and snacks.
