Tour guide did a good job providing the brief history of the Eiffel Tower and eased navigating the security land elevator lines.

We arrived at the location exactly at the time indicated but the doors were closed and no one to be found. Several families like us were there waitinf wirh no luck. No answer on phone calls. If several families are missing from an appointment the responsible thing would be to wait an extra 10 minutes or whatsapp them in advance as a group.

The directions on where to meet was confusing. Wish directions had said don’t go directly to the tower but meet at an outside location.

We booked for late afternoon, it was the perfect time to head to the Eiffel Tower, not many lines and our group was taken straight thru. Amazing strcuture and hearing about how it was built and why was super informative. Highly recommend this tour. We went to the top, what an amazing view of an amazing city. Can not wait to go back!

Never visit the Eiffel tower without paying the extra and going right to the top. You can't believe the view you get of the whole city of Paris.

Best tour of our trip. Good guide, informative and entertaining. Showed us the sights and surroundings, took us to the 2nd floor and left us to do what we wanted. We stay a couple hours looking around and had a glass of wine. Great experience.

The Eiffel Tower excursion through Viator was in a very convenient location and easy to find. One thing to note is that the meeting area is not really set up well for guests needing restroom access before the tour begins, which could be improved considering the amount of waiting and crowds in the area.
Our tour guide, Sol, spoke excellent English and did a great job sharing details and history about the Eiffel Tower throughout the tour. She communicated expectations clearly from the beginning, including letting the group know that her guided portion of the tour would conclude once we reached the second level. I appreciated the transparency so there was no confusion afterward.
Overall, it was a smooth and informative experience, and Sol did a great job keeping the group organized while navigating a very busy attraction.

We had visited the Eiffel Tower a few years ago and used Viator to book a tour. We were pleased with the tour guides knowledgeable and how were able to skip the lines. We decided to book again this time (not so much for the tour but to ensure faster entry). Out tour guide, Sol was also very knowledgeable and we learned even more however, we probably could have accessed the elevators faster in our own. I would recommend booking a tour if it’s your first time and want to learn more about its history or if you’re going during peak season to prevent queuing in long lines.

Well we made it to the tower and could hardly hear our tour guide. We went to the 2 nd floor and saw Vera ( our guide) then we never found her again. She didn’t wait for us nor did she ever tell us if we got separated to meet up anywhere. So besides her telling us the Tower get painted every 7 years, we got nothing else. I googled others fact to tell my family. This was a ridiculous amount of money to pay to self GUIDE ourselves.

Visit the Eiffel Tower while in Paris is a must. Going to the top is truly an amazing experience. Paying the extra money for the tour guide was a bit of a waste. Watch youtube videos about the Tower and pay the admission fee without paying extra for the tour.

Just a short walk from their office and in through 2 security areas before heading up. Our guide Gabriel was very informative and after we reached the second floor, it's completely your time to explore and go to the Summit if that is the ticket you purchased.

Do not schedule this on your first day of arrival. Our flight was delayed, missing connecting flight, losing a day in Paris due to rebooking and they wouldn’t change our reservation to the next day. I did not ask for a refund just change of day. We are 6 hours behind and contacted as soon as I was aware but did not hear back from anyone until I called them. Then I had to email and ask for assistance. Do not book thru this app or this non-refundable because they won’t make changes either, no understanding or exception. You can buy your tickets at the Eiffel Tower cheaper. We went at the end of the night, no wait.
