If you missed out on getting Alhambra tickets, this is the way to go. While the price is 3.5x as much as retail, sometimes you gotta pay the resellers if you missed out. Time selection is limited so picked one that is closest to when you want to visit Alhambra. Tickets are emailed to you once available, be sure to bring your passports to be scanned as well.

Estoy muy disgustada con como gestionan todo, a mi parecer de forma muy mala. No he podido disfrutar de la actividad por el horario que me han dado en la entrada, con una diferencia de 7 horas en relación a la reserva que yo hice. Mi reserva era para las 12:30h ya que tenía mi vuelo de vuelta a las 21h y ellos me enviaron las entradas para 19h con una diferencia de 7h, lo que me pareció escandaloso. Aún sabiendo que no he podido disfrutar de las entradas no me han querido reembolsar al menos el 50% de lo que pagué y me parece muy injusto. No volveré a comprar absolutamente nada con vosotros y no la recomiendo en lo absoluto.

Nos gustaría aclarar que el horario de entrada al Palacio de los Nazaríes está sujeto a la disponibilidad de entradas y puede diferir del horario seleccionado al realizar la reserva, tal como se indica en las condiciones de la actividad. En este caso, la entrada asignada fue a las 19:00 h para los Palacios Nazaríes. Lamentamos sinceramente que este horario no se ajustara a sus planes de viaje. Nuestro objetivo es siempre conseguir el horario más cercano posible al solicitado y enviar las entradas oficiales en cuanto son emitidas. Agradecemos sus comentarios, ya que nos ayudan a seguir mejorando la comunicación de estas condiciones con nuestros clientes.

Da die Tickets für die Alhambra Wochen vorher ausverkauft waren, war dies die einzige Chance noch, kurzfristig Tickets zu bekommen. Uns waren die Bedingungen klar, kein Tour-Guide, deutlich teurer als die Regulären Karten (wobei ich den Preis aufgrund der kurzfristigkeit des Events fair finde) und eine gewisse Flexibilität beim Einlass in die Nasredin Paläste. Es gibt ganz andere Anbieter die teilweise über 100€ für den Eintritt wollen, teilweise 250€ mit Tour Guide. Aber sowas finde ich ist Abzocke! Auch wenn die Einlass-Uhrzeit der Nasredin Paläste am Ende bei uns deutlich später war, als wir gehofft hatten, waren wir trotzdem froh, überhaupt den Einlass zu bekommen. Die Tickets kamen zum Mitternacht des Vorabends des Eintritts, genau wie beschrieben, als online Ticket ohne Abholung und sonstiges. Darüber waren wir auch sehr erfreut. Die ganze Anlage ist, wie bereits bekannt, eines der schönsten in Europa. Wir waren Mega begeistert und hoffen irgenndwann nochmal herkommen zu können. Dafür das wir auf diese Weise in sprichwörtlich letzten Stunden die Karten erhalten konnten, waren wir extrem froh. Wir sagen vielen vielen Dank für diesen Service und allen anderen, wenn ihr es nicht geschafft habt frühzeitig eure Tickets zu sichern, hier besteht nochmal eine allerletzte Möglichkeit, dieses überragende Erzeugnis von menschlicher Handwerkskunst zu bestaunen.
