Amazing and personal experience. Eman was a great tour guide with a a wealth of knowledge. The pace was perfect. Never felt rushed at any moment. The points of interest offered stunning views and intimate landscapes through the hidden corridors of Florence. I enjoy the small personal guided experiences and this was top tier. Thanks again!

We were looking for something to do outside of Galleria dell’Accademia and Basilica Santa Maria di Fiore. This was that and my nephew loved seeing where Galileo spent his final years. He also took us somewhere with an incredible view of the city and it was welcome to sit down for a bit.
On the other hand though, our guide was 20+ minutes late, and did not respond to messages through the app nor phone calls. After picking us up, the tour ran the original length of time so he did not make up for the time he was late. The golf cart sat 5 (plus driver) with two of those being reverse facing seats. I and another passenger were in throes back seats and could not hear a word the guide said. They need to have speakers on the golf cart or some kind of headset for passengers. In my opinion this was not worth the cost and would not recommend.

Sebastian gave an amazing insider/local tour of the hills outside the city center and we could not have been more pleased. I booked it last minute and it was well worth it! Kids (16 and 12) enjoyed it also. He gave us great restaurant and customer leather shop recommendations too.

The driver spoke close to zero English. He was supposed to plug in an audio listening of English speaking guide. That audio would only work half the time. Very nice man but not for a tour with Americans. We should get a full refund.

We arrived in front of the NH Hotel, the meeting point, at 3:58pm, when tour was to start at 4:00pm …. Taxi was slow. Tour operator never showed up so we left at 4:15pm. Scam??

Not your typical tour of Florence as golf carts are no longer allowed in the old city. We toured the surrounding countryside outside the wall and were shown many beautiful properties as well as olive groves and fruit trees, we also stopped at the San Miniato Basilica. it offers a spectacular view of the city. We then proceeded down to the Michelangelo Plaza and ended up our tour, one of the old Roman gates into the city our Guide Sebastian was fantastic. He gave us many recommendations for other things to do while in Florence, including shopping and places to eat. I would highly recommend this tour and hopefully you can have Sebastian as your guide.

The tour did not have an audio guide so was hard to hear the guide as there was traffic. Also the tour only lasted 1hr 20 mins not 1hr 45 as advertised . Also says in itinery and in the whats included section when booking admission to the villa del poggio imperiale and this did not happen . Overall alot of money for what you actually get .

This golf cart tour was one of our favorite experiences in Florence! It was the perfect way to see the city from a different perspective while learning about its incredible history.
Our guide was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about Florence. He shared fascinating stories and historical details throughout the tour and took us to all the most breathtaking panoramic viewpoints, including Piazzale Michelangelo. The views overlooking Florence and the surrounding hills were absolutely unforgettable.
We especially appreciated that he stopped at all the best photo spots and gave us time to soak in the beauty. If you’re looking for a fun, comfortable way to explore Florence and learn about its rich history, I highly recommend this tour!

I didn’t read about the tour. Booked it a bit last minute. The tour was a panoramic tour of the outside of Florence. Absolutely beautiful. Sebastian was our driver. Just the right amount of information and time to take photos.

We did the golf cart tour around Florence today and honestly it ended up being one of the best things we booked on the trip. Mehdi was awesome — super friendly, funny, and knew a ton about the city without making it feel like a boring history lecture. He showed us spots we definitely would’ve missed walking on our own and gave us great recommendations for food and places to go later.
The golf cart was also perfect after days of nonstop walking in Rome and Florence. Easy way to see a lot of the city without being exhausted. Mehdi made the whole tour feel relaxed and personal instead of rushed. Highly recommend asking for him if you book.

Went to meeting place and no one showed up to give us the tour we paid for.
We paid for a taxi to go to the meeting place.
That cost us an addiction lol you additional twenty five dollars.

Probably the worst “tour” I have ever booked with Viator who are usually known (or at least my experience) for pretty solid tours and guides. We had initially booked a tour for 4pm and were told that instead we would start at 5pm given some issue with one of the guides - which wasn’t an issue and we appreciate the advance notice and communication on this. This tour was advertised as being guided and instead we had two individuals, who barely spoke to us and there was absolutely no commentary at all during the tour. I’m pretty sure they did not have the requisite knowledge or expertise to point out what we were driving by. The only thing they pointed out was a house that apparently the actress Angelina Jolie stayed at for one of her film shoots - completely unrelated to what we’d signed up for. I had read there was some audio recordings in other tours - we did not even get that in our tour. Furthermore, the tour was advertised as being at least 1 hour and 45 minutes. We visited two spots with panoramic views but skipped the other highlights that were advertised and the driver concluded the drive 45 minutes in. Not sure what happened to the other hour that we were promised and had paid for. A complete rip off and honestly we would have had a better time ourselves rather than pay for this experience. Do not recommend at all - Viator should really investigate whether this is a reputable tour operator and surprised they would promote this.

You see amazing views on the tour, but the golf carts are in bad shape. The tour guides do not speak English. They barely tell you what anything is almost gotten into an accident. The one tour guide did not even know which way to drive the golf cart.

There is very minimal explanation on the tour. The guide was friendly and polite and was a good driver, but we mostly drove in silence. We started a little late because the golf cart he brought originally didn’t seat enough people for the group, but it was remedied within 10 minutes.
