Mrs Jae Song was a wonderful, knowledgeable guide, who adapted the programme to our preferences. It was really great to see the highlights of Busan with someone who knows the city inside out. From the dragon palace temple to Gamcheon cultural village, having lunch at Jagalchi fishmarket and so much more. It was a splendid tour!

Great start seeing a temple and then different parts of Busan from the markets to the APEC centre. Luke was a great guide very friendly and kind, spoke excellent English and was patient with our two children as well. He went out of his way to stop at a shop when I requested to pick up some Korean whiskey as a gift. Would definitely recommend him to others. Vehicle was clean and AC worked well.

We had a nice small group of 4 people in all. We were very well looked after by Luke. He was thoughtful to the older members in the group. He was friendly and chatty and there was a good vibe to the group.
There was a good mix of sights he took us to keeping us informed as we went, about Korean life in general as well as the sights we were visiting.
I would definitely recommend this tour and Luke as a guide.

This was one of the best tours in our South Korea trip.Each and every part of Busan which needed to be seen was included.And our guide Mina was simply awesome.She explained about every place we visited and took extremely good care of us. She is easily the best tour guide we have ever encountered and I have travelled a lot!!

Our guide, Jake, was THE BEST! He has a wonderful personality, very knowledgeable & entertaining. We were able to visit places we never would have found. Busan is beautiful, the people are beautiful and the food is delicious.

This tour was exciting and educational. We learned more about Busan and fall in love with it. Our guide, Luke was knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and kind. We took out the Blue-line capsule from his itinerary since we took it the day before and added the white fox village. He was accompanying our request and considerate to our needs. I highly recommend this tour if you are visiting Busan. If you are lucky, you will be guided by Luke. 😊

Anne was THE best tour guide! She is so friendly, kind, and super informative in all the destinations we hit. Everyone in our group really appreciated her as our guide and would 100% recommend this tour and Anne to anyone wanting to do a full day in Busan! The van we traveled in was clean, comfortable, and had the nicest driver as well, who recommended some local restaurants and even made reservations for us. Everyone gave it a two thumbs up, but would give more if we could. :)

It was a lovely day . We were collected in the morning from our hotel.Which very convenient, because it was our first day in Busan. The tour guide Younhee, was a lovely lady with lots of knowledge.We have a wonderful day with a very tasty lunch.

We had an amazing experience exploring Busan! Our tour guide Luke was very helpful and nice. He even showed us a more local spot to see the view of Gamcheon. I knew I wanted to see the popular sites in Busan and this tour covered all of them. Even tough our weather wasn’t the best (very cloudy) I still saw the beauty of this city. Luke was very sweet and talkative, we really enjoyed his company. At the end of the tour, he even recommended us a place to eat at Gukje Market. I really recommend this tour for anyone who wishes to see the incredible beauty of this city.

Lots of stairs.
Mimi was our guide, she was very knowledgeable about the area.
Saw some great things. In some spots it would of been nice to have a bit more time.

We had a great tour with Paul, who showed us great sights around Busan and knew a lot of interesting facts, that he shared with us. We were able to adapt the tour to our likes and dislikes and Paul had several great recommendations for our further stay. Highly recommend this tour and our guide Luke. Good communication beforehand, comfortable transportation, multi-destinations and unexpected surprises. Luke was flexible as some people had dietary restrictions and took us to an amazing restaurant for lunch. He was also engaging w group, very informative and did not rush us. Five stars ⭐️

Great mix of locations to get the essence of Busan and surrounding area. Our guide customized the locations as the day progressed. Luke was engaging and took us to an authentic Korean restaurant for lunch. Highly recommend this your especially if it’s your first time in Busan.

This was the best city tour I have EVER been on. Dylan was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a well rounded experience in Busan!

My family scheduled the Busan Highlight tour for August 12 2019. Our tour guide was the knowledgeable, wonderful Dylan ( spelling of his name may be off) Our first tour stop was at the Heaedong Yonggungsa Temple, toward the end of this segment tour my husband suddenly was overcome by the heat and we had to be taken by ambulance to nearest hospital. Dylan rounded up the other family on the tour and came to the hospital to translate questions from medical staff and make sure my family was coping. The compassion, concern and professionalism Dylan showed was so very much appreciated, he even offered to wait until everything was cleared by hospital, but the tour for the other family had been disrupted enough , we wanted them to really enjoy the tour so we declined his offer. Even though we did not experience the entire tour, I still rate it high based on the customer service Dylan provided, regarding his role at the guide and his actions as a concerned human.
We had an absolutely enjoyable day visiting the main sights in Busan. Our friendly tour guide Ms Carrie Park was very knowledgeable and shared with us lots of of interesting historical facts and anecdotes. She took very good care of our group.
