Picked up on time at the port as we were cruising. Fitted out with snow suits highly recommended if you do not want Smokey clothes. Sleigh Ride was warm and the night sky was a sight to see. We stopped and had an amazing meal of Reindeer Pita and a delicious hot Cinnamon Roll. Then the spectacular Northern Lights appeared with the stars and constellations appearing in full view. The staff were awesome full of knowledge and took care of us all. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars I would.

Vey expensive and not as advertised for the night one , see the lovely artic tent thing in advertising, nope wood hut full of smoke and no view of the sky unless you go out , the wagon ride is in the dark through trees and you can see nothing , guides know nothing as they've only worked there for 3 months, I'm surprised viator is even promoting this , must be the money. Their was 10 of us in the group and every one of us volunteered to go back to the ship early, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Hello! In the fall we uses the fire house, because the wagon can’t reach the half wall shelter. This is also
On the evening wagon ride everything is dark, because it’s night time. Especially in the fall when the snow is not on the ground to help light up the area.
If you want to see more of the wilderness and don’t care about the northern lights we always suggest the daytime ride.
Our guides are well informed, some have been here for 3 months, some have been here for 3 years.
I can assure you we do the best we can to make our guests happy.
but saying it was to dark when you book a night time ride is just not right. Our guides consistently run in and out of the shelter to look for northern lights as well.
We also have a fan in the firehouse that takes out all the smoke, so it’s less smoky.
But the smoke is a part of the deal when you have a fire, and something most people appreciate experiencing.
This was such a nice trip, it felt so personal, as if it was just friends riding and chatting and laughing. You cannot buy that sort of “vibe”. A heartfelt thanks to our host and I hope my paper dragon amused your children!
This was a fabulous experience. Our tour guide was marvelous. The stars were out and the Auroras were magnificent! Highly recommended
Dress warmly, nice blanket helped below the waist. Meal provided was substantial and very tasty. People were great.
Our guide, Halga, did a fantastic job! He was very personable & friendly! We only caught a glimpse of the Northern lights on sled ride back, but that’s beyond anyone’s control! It was a fun experience!
