Excellent Airport Transfer — Reliable, Professional, and Highly Recommended!
We booked this airport transfer just a few hours before our flight from Seoul to Ulaanbaatar, and the experience exceeded our expectations!
Despite our last-minute booking, communication was excellent, with a prompt and reassuring response upon our arrival in Mongolia.
Our driver was already waiting for us when we came out of the baggage claim area. He was extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout the journey. His driving was smooth, safe, and patient, even through Ulaanbaatar’s heavy traffic.
The entire experience was seamless and comfortable, making our arrival in Mongolia a very pleasant one.
My wife and I will be spending a week in Mongolia, and we will definitely book this service again for our return transfer from the hotel to the airport!
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and professional airport transfer in Ulaanbaatar!

A wonderful day in Mongolia
If you have only one day to experience
Mongolian culture, this is the one. Our guide spoke
perfect English which made our communication a breeze. She not only explained Mongolian culture to us but also engaged us into a discussion about comparing hers with ours. We learned a lot about differences and similarities between the cultures.

A taste of Mongolia on One Day
Our tour guide Baga was super fun. He could have been a standup comedy show star. Time passed faster with his jokes. After arriving at the statue complex, Baga helped us take videos and photos of us holding an eagle with Chinggis Khaan Statue in the background. In the complex, another tour guide passionate about history and politics talked the history of Mongolia and stories of Khaans. We went to the top and Baga helped us take photos and videos again. After that, we got a chance to dress up like an ancient mongolian with a ger as a backdrop for photo taking, and another tour guide even taught us how to pose. After that, we did the archery and camel ride.
Then, we got in the car again to go to a ger-shaped restaurant for a traditional mongolian lunch.
Afterwards, we went to the national park where the leaves were yellow in the Sep. We climbed up the turtle rock and visited Aryapala Temple Meditation Center.
To conclude, the schedule was packed with activities and our tour guides were very helpful in terms of taking photos/ videos, explaining the history and guiding us to climb. Worth it!

My day with Bee and Soy...
My day with Bee and Soy was amazing. I loved that the experience was in a traditional ger. I learned so much about Mongolian culture, the food they eat, and the way it is prepared and cooked. Bee and Soy were very kind, welcoming, and eager to teach me some of their ways and customs. I highly recommend this tour. It was a wonderful way to begin my tour in Mongolia.

Excellent service to and from UBN
I used them both for UBN pickup and dropoff and they were great. My inbound flight was delayed significantly and I contacted them in advance to give them a heads up - they responded immediately and tweaked the pickup accordingly. Both before arrival and departure I received a details WhatsApp message outlining make and model of car, license plate, driver's name, etc so everything was well and clear before I hopped into the vehicle.

Just as described. Great experience and a happy guide.
Driver was prompt and friendly. Comfortable vehicle and was as expected. The guide delivered me safely to all of the stops, pointed me to the highlights. The only negative was the communication. The driver did not speak any English and I spoke no Mongolian. I would still do it again. We used a translate app and we had fun doing it. He is a great person and was always smiling. Truly had a great time together. The sites were as expected and the lunch we shared together was so good. Reasonably priced for a single traveler. Don't hesitate to book through this company. Communication was great.

Super Experience!
A wonderful day out with a small family-run tour company. Jana was fantastic company, extremely entertaining and knowledgeable, prompt and professional, generous and funny. They also conduct tours out of the capital, and I will definitely use them above any others when I return to Mongolia. Thank you Jana, for a great day out (and the cucumbers 😁).

It was an excellent tour.
Even in July the weather here is cold and windy. Bring your jacket just in case.
The tour guide, Michelle(?) was excellent. She has informed us when to come back to the bus for the next destination, and was very accommodating.
Not like other more expensive tours which collects all of the admission fees and the expenses up front whether you like it or not, this tour let us decide whether or not we want to participate at certain attractions or not.
I recommend this tour to everyone who likes freedom and free-spirited.
Thank you Michelle!

Can’t miss this tour
Byambaa (aka Brian) was excellent.
His deep knowledge of the Tibetan Buddhist faith gave us an insight into the philosohy that allowed us to apreciate the temples more than we expected.
He was attentive to all our needs and limitations which made for a very enjoyable tour.
If we ever have the proviledge of returning to UBN, we will seek him out.

Father son trip.
We had an outstanding experience on our trip yesterday. It was just me and my son, and our driver was absolutely top notch—professional, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable to spend time with. Not stuffy at all.
He was more than willing to educate us about the area, culture, and daily life, and we were happy to listen and learn. We shared music along the way—both traditional and contemporary—which made the drive even better. We also exchanged ideas and a bit of language, which my son especially enjoyed.
It felt less like a ride and more like a cultural exchange. Highly recommend to anyone traveling with family or looking for more than just transportation. Only “complaint” is the steep price. I think $50 could be easily shaved off.
