Well organized tour
Very well organized tour from purchase, info prior to tour date to the tour itself. Our guide on the bus Ermir was great and our guide in the museumgrounds Pawel was very informative and respective of what he was telling us. The concentration camps are horrifying but so important to see and to remember as it was not long ago when all these atrocities happened.

Great Experience
Our experience was incredible from start to finish.
We were picked up from our hotel for an early morning start and transported to a nearby location to jump on the bus. We were provided all information in advance, including pick up and driver information.
On the way to Auschwitz we were played a documentary to provide everyone introductory information on the camps, and history.
Our driver Łukasz S kept us informed about what to expect, organised our tickets and group throughout the day, including keeping us updated via a WhatsApp message with any changes.
The tour itself was a confronting experience due to the nature of the subject matter, but our tour guide handled it with incredible professionalism, knowledge and respect.
We unfortunately had a few members of our group that at times spoke over our driver and tour guide, and kept the group waiting. Whilst this was frustrating, the team handled this completely professionally without detracting from the experience for others.
As a side note, our driver actually organised an extra stop on the way back to further convenience our group. We also left a personal item on the bus (our mistake) and Łukasz went above and beyond (on a public holiday nonetheless) to organise to get it back to us before an early flight the next morning. Huge thank you to Paweł (who was off shift) for making the trip out to us to return our item.
An experience, and a company that I would, without a doubt recommend to everyone.

Must see loccations
The meeting place was convenient. Bus ride with the box lunch was good. We enjoyed the salt mine tour first. This is a must see location. The mine is phenomenal and so memorable even though you only see a tiny portion of the labyrinth of tunnels. The mine is very well preserved. Our guide was very informative.
Auschwitz was a little long and included a walk to Birkenau II. We couldn't hear much of what our tour guide was sharing though because the group was kind of spread out and a few in our group were continuously asking questions. Very memorable although somber. Bathroom facilities were available and clean.

Incredible experience!
Lucio is the ultimate professional and the best guide we could have for this experience. Perfectly tune the day: from the climb and the view on Gubalowka to the necessary time in the therapeutic baths, everything went off without delays. He had answers to everything, an inexhaustible positive attitude, and made the road trip truly pleasant. A 10/10 experience, which we owe clearly to his excellent guidance.

27/10/2026 - excellent
Ivan was great, on time really informative on the way there and back to the salt mines.
I would highly recommend this tour, it's a really great experience, there is a lot of steps down and your a long way under ground, in breath taking, there is a lot of walking.

This is a trip I believe...
This is a trip I believe everyone needs to go on. I have watched, read and listened to lots of stories but nothing prepares you for the harsh reality of what the people sent there went through trying to survive. It makes you appreciate how precious life is to us all, from every corner of the world.
Our guide was very try informative, knowledgeable and passionate throughout the tour.

We were supposed to be picked up between...
We were supposed to be picked up between 7 and 10 o'clock but were told the day before that we would be picked up at 6, which meant we couldn't have the breakfast we had paid for.
The driver we were with was over 140 km/h where one had to drive 110, despite us pointing it out, he just continued to drive fast in very dense traffic
The Auschwitz itself and the guided tour were good and a good guide

Brilliant day trip
Incredibly interesting and humbling experience. A very knowledgable tour guide who had such a wealth of knowledge around Aushwitz and an awesome tour guide around the salt mine who made the tour fun as well as interesting also, a great driver for the transfers who kept everyone informed and up to date with the plans. Very well organised and a great day!

Great experience from start to finish.
Our driver contacted us the day before to confirm pick up time from our hotel and also offered a packed lunch if needed. He picked us up on time in a clean and comfortable minibus. Our tour guide at Auschwitz was excellent, knowledgeable and respectful. The tour itself is well organised and remained dignified throughout. It involves a lot of walking so dress appropriately for the weather and bring snacks/drinks as breaks were short and queues for vending machines very long.

Spectacular.
They had said it was beautiful but, there are no right positive adjectives to describe this wonderful experience. Our guide, in perfect Italian, illustrated to us much more than what the eyes see, what there was and what is behind all this. The 800 steps to go down cause a bit of anxiety but nothing of the sort, simple to go down, easy to walk and made even lighter by the friendliness of the guide.
