Don’t Hesitate To Book!!!!

I just have to start by saying how amazing this excursion was!!! Everything thing was great, the driver picked us up from the resort on time, he even doubled back to our resort to pick up a couple who was late! It was maybe a 40 minute drive from our resort. Once we arrived locals offered us things like waterproof phone cases and water shoes. Hookah is available to buy for the rafts! Our tour guide Dell was so amazing! He was fun, informative and overall he made our experience! He took our phones and captured videos and photos for us throughout the entire excursion. He took us to a side raft to buy drinks/food. We got the opportunity to get in the water. The water was so natural and fresh, it felt incredible dipping into the water. The massage was great, Dell was respectful and followed my wishes to stay only below the knees! He allowed my partner to massage the rest of my body and took pictures while she did so! At the end of the excursion he washed the clay off of me! We had so much fun on this excursion I highly recommend!!!

The representative for club mobay was waiting for us when we exited the airplane. They had a piece of cardboard with my name on it. They led us directly through customs and to the other side to pick up her luggage and exit the building. This is the only way to go front of the lineup all the way!

The tour itself was...

The tour itself was great, and we really enjoyed the experience. However, the communication and customer service leading up to the tour were very disappointing. The pricing through Viator was not communicated clearly. We were initially told the cost was $270, only to be contacted the day before the tour and told that an additional $260 was still owed. That is a significant additional amount that should have been clearly communicated from the beginning. The full price of the tour, including any remaining balance that will be due, needs to be disclosed upfront and clearly communicated before tickets or confirmations are sent. Customers should not be surprised with an additional charge the day before their scheduled tour. Great tour overall, but the communication and transparency regarding pricing definitely need improvement.

This excursion experience...

This excursion experience was truly amazing!!…the tour guides were very nice and cool people. The horse trainer Devin was very very nice and taught us so much. The boat party was such a vibe that we went on it twice!…overall chukka was 13/10 and I will always go there when I go back to Jamaica!!

This experience was the highlight of my trip to Jamaica our driver Big Mike was so nice and accommodating he let us feel so comfortable and safe we got to take some fantastic videos and pictures, we had coconut water and the famous RUM Punch 🥊 it was punching 😆 The raft guide Derrick was also great, FUN and knowledgeable. We had such a wonderful experience with Ray! From the very beginning, he was incredibly communicative, professional, and helpful. I actually made a mistake when booking, and he went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out without making it stressful. Throughout our excursions, he made sure our entire group was taken care of and had everything we needed. He was also so accommodating when we wanted to explore things outside of our original excursion plans. The next day, we decided we wanted to get massages, and he helped arrange that for our group as well! What stood out most was how reliable, kind, and genuinely helpful he was. It was such a relief knowing we had someone we could count on while traveling in Jamaica. He made our experience feel easy, comfortable, and well taken care of. Fantastic family day out – highly recommended!

We had a fantastic day as a family of four visiting the Blue Hole, Secret Falls and Dunn’s River Falls with SNL Jamaican Tours Ltd. Jermaine, our tour guide, was brilliant – friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. He really went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience and that we felt safe and comfortable throughout the day. We also really enjoyed hearing about Jamaica’s history and culture along the journey. Jermaine pointed out interesting landmarks and places as we travelled, which made the drive itself part of the experience. We stopped for lunch at Linda’s and the food was delicious – everything from the lobster to the fish was really tasty and a lovely addition to the day. The waterfalls were amazing, the whole day was well organised and we came away with some lovely family memories. We would definitely recommend this tour, SNL Jamaican Tours and especially Jermaine!

We very much enjoyed this...

We very much enjoyed this river tubing ride. There were 8 of us in our group, 2 seniors, 4 adults and 2 seven years old boys. We were on a Disney cruise and this was my favorite excursion of the trip. It Was very safe and every one of us laughed and completely enjoyed the ride. Our guide was Dwayne and he took good care of us. I feel bad that I forgot to tip him, he was the best!

Amazing!

We climbed the falls which was amazing, Ramoy the photographer was great and captured some really nice memories of my son and I. Dunns river was an exceptional experience but when we got the blue hole we were amazed, it was beautiful, we had a wonderful guide that was giving us facts about Jamaica, he was great. The water was clear blue, there were platforms to jump off and a rope swing, my 14yr old son was in his element. I’m so glad I bought the combo excursion as blue hole is a must in my opinion. Thank you for an amazing time!

Sheldon who was in charge...

Sheldon who was in charge of the atv was so amazing!! He kept us safe the whole time and instructions were very clear. Nasir gave us an amazing zip lining experience. Lastly, the team who took us horseback riding in the end. Taught us a lot about Jamaican history and it was a lovely way to wind down the entire excursion. I highly recommend this tour. I couldn’t rave about them more. Seriously!!
