Memories made

Amazing experience! Our guide Sebastian was awesome and Wilber our captain was great! I highly recommend this experience and am glad we did it. When we got to the water for our training my wife was nervous but Sebastian was patient and encouraged her to practice a couple of times until she was comfortable. When we got to our drop off location she was extremely anxious (like wanted to cry and get back in the boat which is not like her) but Sebastian was kind and patient and in no time at all calmly helped her through it. Our whole family is so thankful for the experience! There is a single bathroom to change in at the shop and you walk a couple of blocks from the shop to the water. I would recommend wearing swim gear, shirt/cover up, whatever type of shoes you like when you are going to get your feet wet and be in sand, and bring a towel. You are in the shade or under water a majority of the time so sunblock wasn’t necessary. They provide cups and water as well as fruit and crackers which was just right. They also offered wetsuits for those that wanted to wear them. A great experience for anyone, couple, or family that want to build some lifetime memories.

Best bucket list

Went as a buck list. They were amazing. You do have to boat about 1 hrs to 1.5 hrs out to find the whale sharks. If you get seasick, take something!!! Then they take you to a island . They made us homemade guacamole on the boat and something else like salsa and white fish. That was to die for!!!!!!

100% would do it again

It was slightly chaotic with all of the other boats and tours going on at the same time. Yet, it was an amazing experience, getting to swim alongside such beautiful creatures. Our tour guides(Ernesto, Willy, and Lynn - I think) were absolutely the best! 10/10!

Amazing Snorkeling Family Excursion with Alexis and ‘El Gato’!

Our family had an incredible snorkeling adventure with Alexis and “El Gato”! They were friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the reefs around Isla Mujeres. Throughout the tour, they pointed out stingrays, colorful tropical fish, sea turtles, and other marine life that we would have completely missed on our own. They made sure everyone was comfortable, kept us well supplied with bottled water, and even treated us to fresh, delicious ceviche after our snorkeling stops—a perfect way to end the trip. If you’re looking for a fun, safe, and memorable snorkeling experience around Isla Mujeres, we highly recommend this tour. Alexis and El Gato made the day unforgettable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again on our next trip to Cancun!

Best snorkeling I’ve ever done

Beautiful snorkeling! I was about to give up on snorkeling. I had never really seen anything that interesting in the five times I had gone to other places. However, I felt like I was swimming through a school of fish a few times and they were right there, all over the place. Creation at its finest. I almost felt like I was swimming in a Disney animated film.

Amazing half-day offshore trip! Captain and crew were super professional and fun. We hooked this massive barracuda (over 1m, teeth like knives!) after just a few casts – the fight was insane, line screaming, almost dragged me overboard. Smooth seas, beautiful blue water, cold drinks on board. The photo says it all – that gaping mouth is epic!

Highly recommend for all!

Fantastic experience! We took the 10am boat out and it was just our family and the wonderful captain/tourguide. My kids are 2 and 4, grandparents don’t love boats, and yet we all had the BEST TIME! I recommend the early time as there were very few other boats around, allowing for calm waters and so much marine activity (turtles, rays, barracudas, etc). It was exceptional!

Brilliant day snorkeling

It was great! The crew was so friendly and helpful. We had the best time snorkeling around the statues and spotting fish. I enjoyed snorkeling the reef the best because there was so many varieties of beautiful coloured fish. Hernando was especially helpful to my husband who found it difficult getting on and off the boat. (We are in our sixties). It was a brilliant day and a great atmosphere on the boat with everyone chatting to eachother. I would definitely recommend it 100% Thank you all
