What are people saying about Halifax

Quick trip to Peggy’s Cove
The trip to Peggy‘s Cove with Jay was very enjoyable. We saw beautiful coastline and learned a great deal about Nova Scotia and the area. Jay was informative and gave us suggestions as to where we might enjoy a lobster roll. We were allowed one hour and 45 minutes at Peggy’s Cove and that was long enough. This short tour is ideal when you are coming off the cruise ship and don’t want to spend the whole day touring the area. In total, it was about four hours.

Great guide, very...
Great guide, very knowledgeable and presented information in a clear way. Transportation was clean and neat. Personally probably too much time at Peggy’s Cove as there really isn’t much to see and not enough time to get a meal because there were so many visitors.

Absolutely the best Guide
Jonathan was a fabulous guide, so knowledgeable and kind. The area is a wonderful place to visit with beautiful places to see. I even received a kind note from Jonathan after the tour was over. Very impressive. If you are lucky enough to have him as your guide, you can't go wrong booking this excursion.

Great tour and guide
Absolutely no issues with this tour. Our guides was excellent. A lot of personality and ability to communicate and interact with us. Highly recommend and use her for driving and touring. She texted me in advance of coming, when she was in the lot with sign in hand looking for us and gave us a terrific tour of Halifax.

Haligonians love to show visitors around their hometown, so there are plenty of Halifax tours. Follow your guide to catch the sunset from Peggy’s Cove, home to what locals say is Canada’s most photographed lighthouse. Or, head to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Lunenburg or the Fairview Lawn Cemetery, where you can see the graves of 121 Titanic victims. Meanwhile, in Annapolis Valley, guides know where to find the best wineries, and at historic Halifax Harbour, they’ll have you helping a boat crew hoist the sails. Refuel on fresh seafood chowder during a culinary-themed walking tour.
