Our group of six was visiting Guatemala for the first time, and they made our arrival to Antigua absolutely seamless! They were early, greeted us with a sign, communicated throughout the process, and were incredibly kind and professional. They even stopped for us to try local beers and patiently waited over an hour while we shopped. Because the experience was so great, our group decided to use them for the rest of our trip. They’ve continued to be extremely responsive, reliable, and accommodating, even offering us a group discount and waiting for us during our round-trip trip to Lake Atitlán. I joined this tour yesterday, and it was an amazing experience. My guide, Esteban, was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the places we visited, and he shared interesting facts throughout the tour. The places were absolutely beautiful, and everything was very well organized. On top of that, Esteban is very good driver, which made the whole trip feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this tour.

This tour was an excellent way to experience two very different sides of Guatemala in a single day. Hobbitenango offered spectacular mountain views, creative Hobbit-themed attractions, and a peaceful atmosphere high above Antigua. Even if you’re not a fan of The Lord of the Rings, the scenery alone makes the visit worthwhile, with panoramic views of the surrounding volcanoes and valleys. Afterward, we explored the beautiful colonial city of Antigua, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walking its cobblestone streets, visiting historic churches and plazas, and learning about the city’s fascinating history made for a wonderful contrast to the morning in the mountains. Antigua’s well-preserved Spanish colonial architecture and relaxed atmosphere make it one of the most beautiful cities in Central America. Our guide was knowledgeable, organized, and enthusiastic, sharing interesting historical and cultural insights throughout the day while keeping the tour running smoothly. Transportation was comfortable, and there was enough free time to explore, take photos, browse local shops, and enjoy lunch. Overall, this was a well-organized tour that combined stunning scenery, unique attractions, and Guatemala’s rich colonial heritage into one memorable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to make the most of a day outside Guatemala City.

Long day, but completely worth it! Everything was well-planned and executed from start to finish. Herbert, our guide for the day was knowledgeable and patient with our group and we saw everything we needed to see. It’s a lot of walking, but mostly flat and when there are steps, there aren’t a lot of them and they’re on a small incline. You’ll definitely enjoy this tour! I visited at the end of May, so it can rain in the afternoon, but we were done at two. I packed an umbrella, but didn’t have to use it. Do bring sunscreen and a hat! Lunch was after the tour at a local restaurant not too far away and I enjoyed everything they had prepared! One piece of advice for the airport is the domestic entrance is hidden a bit. After checking in, you’ll go through sliding glass doors to get through security and through screening. When you go through the glass doors, go down the escalator and keep walking straight until you walk into the wall (almost) and the domestic line will be to your left. The other lines are for international and those signs are posted everywhere.

Our driver Diego was awesome! Our arrival time into the airport was delayed so we figured we would have to reschedule a ride, but we were wrong! Diego waited 40 minutes for us and greeted us with a sign with my name on it. The directions to meet him were very clear and easy to follow. He drove us from the airport to Antigua. His car was very clean and he was very friendly. He gave us recommendations on our trip and ensured we got to our destination safely!

Our driver Rolando was great. Our flight was delayed multiple times and the company was very accommodating to let us know it was no problem and someone would pick us up whenever we arrived. Rolando got us through the rush hour traffic in Guatemala City and to Antigua all in one piece and made sure we got into our accommodation before he left us. Would recommend Rolando and this company for your transfer needs in Guatemala

Extremely punctual and had great communication with the owner the entire time. We used this company twice in our trip and were never let down. Driver was very professional and offered to stop or stopped when we needed him to. Worth paying a bit extra to have a stress free and trustworthy ride between cities.

The gentleman made me feel very safe and comfortable. I was absolutely starving, and he actually stopped on the way, so that I could grab some food. He was friendly and we bonded over music and our language barrier. I actually wished I had his contact info so that I could’ve used him again.
