Discover the natural side of the Gold Coast on a guided kayaking adventure through the Broadwater, a unique estuary where the Nerang River meets the ocean. Paddle past hidden sandbanks, mangroves, and islands while spotting and learning about local wildlife including dolphins, stingrays, osprey, and more. Most kayak tours stick to the same route. We’re more like a pelican following a fisherman: always adapting to where the action is. Every day on the water is different, shaped by the tides, wildlife, and the group itself. Expect a relaxed, fun, and genuinely personal adventure with experienced, caring guides who love sharing their passion for nature. Depending on conditions, you may explore Wave Break Island, South Stradbroke Island, Carter’s Bank, or Curlew Island, with opportunities to stop, explore, swim, or simply enjoy the scenery away from the busy tourist areas. Small groups create a more flexible and connected experience, with time to enjoy the journey at a comfortable pace.

Experience total immersion as you tackle new worlds and trippy adventures with pinpoint accuracy. Our category first, 360° arena blurs the line between reality and fantasy with totally untethered play. There’s no prior VR experience needed, your host will guide you through every moment from gearing up to your victorious finish.

Our Kids lesson are designed for 100% safety and fun, conducted in safe shallow water with a max 4 kids per instructor. Enjoy learning to surf at a beautiful, undeveloped local beach called The Spit, offering stunning views of the Surfers Paradise skyline in the backdrop. Your highly-qualified and experienced surf coach will provide you plenty of personal attention and laughs along the way. Have a look and laugh at the photos of you riding waves, or falling with style, after your fun-filled lesson.

Young surfers aged 5 to 16 can ride the waves and build confidence at Bombora Surf School’s youth group surf lessons. During these 90-minute sessions, participants will learn essential surfing techniques in a safe, culturally inclusive environment. Led by Zane Silvester, a professional surfer and accredited coach, each lesson emphasizes ocean awareness and skill development tailored to each child's ability. With a focus on having fun while ensuring safety, kids will engage in a comprehensive experience that includes a warm-up, technique introduction, and hands-on coaching in the water. Join the surf community and unleash your child’s inner wave rider.
