This is a great Viator trip! We enjoyed the whole day, and we really enjoyed our energetic, friendly, knowledgeable guide, Ştefan!!!

George from Rolandia Travel was so nice and guided us through the whole trip! It was very nice spending a good amount of time at each location.

Our guide, Sergui, was fantastic and had excellent knowledge of the area, including the salt mine and castle. I highly recommend this outing. However, it wasn't Sergui's fault, but the vehicle we traveled in was quite small for my family. Both my husband and brother-in-law are tall and have knee issues due to their age. A larger and more spacious vehicle would have made the experience better.

Anyone would be lucky to have a tour guide as knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming as Geta! All of the locations were fantastic and you could tell she grew up in the area, with all of the knowledge she had to share. She also provided lovely recommendations for our dining back in Cluj. Cannot give her enough stars! Definitely book this tour when you have a day or two in Cluj.

The salt mine was a good experience, bring a vest, it is cool. I really liked hiking up to the fortress. Lunch in the village was nice. We made an extra stop at a small nunnery and at the gorge for those who were interested in zip lining. The group was only 4 and the guide went out of his way to make it a nice tour.

Our tour guide, Robert, was very knowledgeable of all of the history of the sites we visited today. I would highly recommend this tour!

Our tour guide was Radu and he was amazing! We actually got picked up in Bucharest and it was a one day trip to the Turda Salt Mine and back to Bucharest, which is what we wanted. Turda Salt Mine was quite a sight and is worth a visit if you are up north already. We scheduled another tour trip with Radu several days later to the Slanic Prahova Salt Mine and that was absolutely stunning, amazing, and breathtaking! He also took us to the Snagov Monastery, which is the burial place of Vlad the Impaler, it is worth a visit! Radu is absolutely a great tour guide with great suggestions and options!
