1. The Only "Physician-Led" Altitude Screening for Travelers Unlike general travel agencies that only provide logistics, or standard hospitals where language barriers create confusion, we bridge the gap. Your experience is managed by a Certified Physician team. We don't just hand you test results; we interpret them specifically for the high-altitude conditions of Western Sichuan and Tibet (3,000m+), giving you a clear, professional medical opinion on your fitness to ascend. 2. The "Fit-to-Travel" English Dossier Most hospital reports in China are strictly in Chinese. We provide a comprehensive English translation of your health analysis. Rather than just a receipt, it's a valuable medical dossier that you can carry with you to Tibet, ensuring that if you do need medical help on the mountain, local doctors can immediately see your baseline stats. 3. Peace of Mind Altitude sickness is the #1 trip-killer. Don't guess with your health at 4,000 meters. We turn anxiety into confidence.

Skip the restaurant and eat at a Chengdu family's dining table, in their own home. +1 Chopsticks (加双筷子, "add a pair of chopsticks", what Chinese families say when a friend turns up for dinner) matches you with one of 6 vetted Chengdu host families, based on where you're staying and what you eat. How it goes: 1. Your host meets you at the door of their home. 2. Tea first, while the last dishes finish. 3. Home-style Sichuan dishes come out of the wok one at a time, shared family-style with rice and soup. Your host explains each one. 4. Stay and talk. Most meals run past two hours. 5. Leave with your host's own tips for eating your way around Chengdu. Every host cooks their own family's food. The sample menu below is a taste from different tables.
