Great tour with knowledgeable, fast-talking guide
Eugene was very knowledgable about history, culture and architecture and welcomed all our questions The tour was packed with great sites and information, but was still comfortably paced and gave us time to take pictures and explore our interests. Highly recommend, and brace yourself for the fast flow of facts!

Elias was the best!
We used this company for several of our transfers while in Santiago, and was lucky enough to get Elias for most of them. Great communication, exactly what we needed after hopping of a plane fresh from Australia with hardly any Spanish under our belt. Always on time and always let us know exact pick ups and meeting places. I would not hesitate in recommending him, and hope to use him again when we go over next.

Fantastic horse riding experience.
This was a wonderful experience. The horse was well trained and very gentle. The views were fantastic. The guide was personable and very caring. I highly recommend this experience for anyone that enjoys horses and wants to experience a different side of Santiago.

Great tour of Santiago by bike - highly recommend!!!
I went on this tour as a solo female traveller who speaks little to no spanish. I was nervous about going on a tour by myself, especially due to my ability to communicate in Spanish but Isabella was absolutely incredible and made the tour very enjoyable and insightful - she spoke excellent English as well. She knew so much not only about Santiago, but Chile as a whole and was able to respond and answer any questions we had. Isabella ensured our safety was a priority both on the roads and in the markets, constantly making sure the group stayed together. Definitely one of the best tours I have been on and I would highly recommend it to anyone!!

Safety first. Excellent driver, excellent communication, very reasonable.
After reading about the very sketchy airport taxis I knew right away to pre book transportation for the safety of myself and my family. This experience with Grupo Futuro was exactly what I had in mind. They met us at the airport, personally escorted us to the vehicle, and had their professional driver, Mister German, safely drive us to our hotel in the business district of Santiago. I will no doubt utilize their services again next time I am in Santiago. Avoid the taxis, and use Grupo Futuro, it’s the smart thing to do.

Santiago
We booked a 4 1/2 hour tour with pick up at our hotel. What transpired was closer to a 7 hour tour with our wonderful guide Fernando. He was well versed in all things Santiago, and not only took us to the main sights but also some out of the way gems! The communication ahead of time via WhatsApp was invaluable. I highly recommend this tour.

Amazing day trip from Santiago
This tour was one of the highlights of my time in Chile! Seeing a penguin in the wild, another item checked off the bucket list! Jimmy is a great guide and took care of every single detail. The Chilean picnic was delicious and great way to start paragliding. If you’re in Santiago and want a day that combines wildlife, adventure, and amazing Chilean food, this tour is 100% worth it!

More than a transfer
Carlos was communicative friendly and very informative. We had a steady conversation as he easily used a spanish/english translator to explain things played through the car audio. So it was like a mini guided tour. Also made sure we got to the checkin point before leaving. More than just a transfer

Fun tour with cruise port transfer
We were picked up right on time at 7:30 from our hotel in Santiago. Our transportation for the day was a 14 passanger Sprinter van. There were 10 of us for the days' tour and we had plenty of room for luggage in the back of the van. Our first stop was a fuel station convience store for coffee or water (not included). It was an easy ride to our second stop, Emiliana vineyards near Casablanca. Camilo, our tour guide, kept us informed and entertained with the history and culture of Chile. Emiliana vineyards is an Organic winery. We were able to taste generous pours of both red and white wine while learning about what it takes to operate an organic vineyard and winery. After the tasting, we had about a 30 minute ride to Valparaiso. Again Camilo kept us entertained along the ride. The tour in Valparaiso was mainly walking with some hills and stairs. The city is both artistic and historic with some fascinating murals. After our Valparaiso stop, we had just over an hour ride to San Antonio cruise port. We were dropped off just after 2:30 which was comfortable for our 4:30 deadline for cruise passengers. Overall this was a great way to combine a fun excursion with a port transfer.

A fantastic excursion, start to finish!
My adult daughter and I booked this as a half day outing when we were in Santiago for several days. Easy to reserve online, and bonus points that Ecordua picks up directly at our hotel! Our guide, Frank, was friendly, knowledgeable, and full of enthusiasm for the outdoor activities available in the greater Santiago area.
As others have noted, the hike is rocky and steep for the first 15 minutes or so, but becomes a nice dirt path after that. The provided hiking poles were helpful for stability.
When we asked what flora/fauna we might see, Frank gave a short list which included small reptiles, rabbits, and condors. Not five minutes later, a HUGE condor circled right above us, what a tremendous sight!
The hike felt good - a moderately challenging hike that left us feeling accomplished, but, not worn out.
We enjoyed the wine/cheese picnic after (with yummy strawberries, stuffed olives, chips, etc.), and continued chatting with Frank about the local area, and our trip in general.
Really, a lovely outing, we recommend this!

The hotel I was staying...
The hotel I was staying at had 2 lobbies. Driver waited at one and husband and I at the other lobby. Fortunately the driver was diligent and walked through both lobbies to find us. Crisis averted. We left on time.
Trip was smooth and the driver was a safe driver. We arrived at the VTP (which is under construction and a bit of a mess) and got dropped off. A pleasant trip for us.
I recommend using this vendor.
