Your host, an expert in botany and edible wild plants, teaches you everything you need to know to safely identify and pick your first edible wild plants! All in a playful setting that will suit beginners, families, and, or nature lovers with prior knowledge. Follow your 3h30 program in the middle of the forest, in an enchanting setting. You learn to recognize, pick the familiar plants that populate your paths. A bit of botany for the most enduring and theory lovers. If conditions allow, we will light a fire in an official fire pit and cook together, otherwise a tasting is offered to you anyway.

This is not a typical beach activity — it’s a thoughtfully guided experience designed to create a meaningful pause during your time in Marseille. Rather than simply visiting the coast, you’ll be invited into a structured yet relaxed flow that combines grounding, reflection, and intentional connection with the Mediterranean setting. The experience blends gentle breathwork, guided journaling prompts, and a simple smoke cleansing using sage or incense to help create a calm and focused atmosphere. Each step is designed to be accessible, whether you are new to reflective practices or already familiar. What makes this unique is the balance between guidance and personal space. You’ll have time to reflect privately, while also sharing a quiet group energy that enhances the experience without pressure. We finish with a memorable moment at the water’s edge, making this not just something you do, but something you feel and remember.

We propose you to live with us a real local activity: petanque! This ancestral game has become a real local sport. A "game of balls" is always followed by an aperitif: we will take it together in a friendly atmosphere. Whether you know how to play or not, the main thing is to spend a friendly moment around an ancient game! We will start the activity with a visit of the house of the ball, in the heart of the Basket, to get in the mood. After an explanation on the origin of the game and the place visited, we will launch hostilities a stone's throw away. It is on the Esplanade de la Major that together we will try the art of petanque. After an hour of intense play, it will be time for a well deserved local aperitif! Good humor and convivilaité will be the key words.

The discovery consists of a discovery of the estate as well as a commented and detailed tasting of the emblematic wines of Domaine de Galuval.

Set in a typical local wine bar, this experience blends conversation, culture, and connection in an authentic French setting. Rather than a formal class, you’ll share a drink, engage in natural conversation, and experience how locals gather to unwind and connect. As the evening unfolds, you’ll practice English in a welcoming, social atmosphere while gaining insight into French culture, communication styles, and wine bar etiquette. Your host will gently guide the conversation, helping you feel comfortable and included, whether you’re here to improve your English or simply enjoy a meaningful, local experience.
