Guests are welcomed with a brief introduction to wine tasting techniques before blindfolds are distributed. The experience includes several wines served one at a time. Guests smell and taste each wine while blindfolded, describing aromas, flavours, acidity, and structure. Throughout the tasting, your sommelier guide shares insights into how wine professionals identify grape varieties, regions, and quality. At the end of the tasting, the wines are revealed and discussed together.
