Confirmation of tour and pick up time the night before. Start with desert trip, then a great buffet restaurant for lunch to finally relax at Wadi Bani Khalid. Asaad really looked after our group with patience and taking his time for us to enjoy our memorable experience. Thank you, Asaad.

Outstanding tour with our...
Outstanding tour with our guide Mohammed. Very friendly, accomodating and patient. We travelled with 4 people total in a clean and comfortable 4X4. Stopped multiple times along the way for breakfast, lunch, snacks, tea.
We stayed in the desert way longer than planned and got to see a complementary unplanned sunset!

Great tour
Very full day with a lot of time spent on the road but absolutely worth it as a taste of the real Oman. Highlight was the visit to a bedouin house where we learnt the finer custom of receiving guests and sharing tea. Our guide Ahmed was a gem and willing to discuss all that Oman is - really enjoyable.

Try a private desert tour
The tour operator kindly offered an option to start our hotel a bit later at 10:30 am to see the sunset in the dunes. The driver/guide was so kind, thoughtful and organised that he chose the best position and timing to enjoy the wadi canyon and the sunset driving in the dunes. He explained Omani and Islamic culture along the way and gave us time to break and rest from time to time on the way.

Dunes and nice views
I had an amazing experience with the star tours guide Badar al hasni. He was patient, professional, and he tried his best to make the tour accessible for me. He took me to hard-to-reach places, helped me with photos, and made me feel safe with good driving. Tour is highly recommended to see highlights

Terrific day of: Desert, Wadi, Historic towns
A whistle stop of several unique places near Muscat that create an unforgettable day with a knowledgeable guide. In addition to the desert (which our guide drove through with ease) and Wadi (beautiful waters), we visited a 400 year old town. Thank you Abdul! ☺️

Wonderful day tour
It was wonderful, experience in Wahiba Desert and attractive driving. Swimming in clear blue pools, and dramatic mountain scenery in Wadi Bani Khalid.

A great day in nature in the desert
This was the most wonderful day swimming in the refreshing waters of Wadi Bani Khalid, lunching in a Bedouin dwelling, sand boarding down the dunes and watching sunset over the desert. This is a long day - at least 10 hours, so have a good breakfast. Good idea to bring water shoes for the wadi and sun screen. Ahmed was a brilliant guide - thoroughly recommend him.

ahmed was a great driver and guide
its a long but great day. they really worked with us to customize our itinerary to what we wanted. Ahmed picked us up at 9:30am and we were off on a 2.5hr drive our to wani badi khalid through the mountains. wani badi is worth seeing, but it is pretty crowded and to really enjoy youd have to spend some time hiking up to less crowded areas. still the water water warm and clear. we headed over to bidiyah to have some lunch which was also great (camel curry, grilled chicken, fresh salad, etc). then we headed out to the desert, stopped briefly to let some air out of the tires. we didnt want to ride a camel but did want to try sandboarding so we stopped on the way to the desert to pick up some boards. we sucked at it lol.. not sure if we were doing it wrong or the boards were too small or what but it was fun to try i guess. Ahmed then drove us around to find a perfect spot for a view of the sunset and took some pictures for us before heading back on the drive back to muscat.

Outstanding Service and an Extraordinary Experience
I had an extraordinary experience with this agency. The owner went far beyond my expectations — he sent his own son as my guide, along with another driver, to accompany me on the entire desert trip. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to every detail were truly remarkable.
Throughout the journey, they made sure I felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. The owner also followed the trip remotely, checking in constantly to make sure everything was perfect and that I was enjoying the experience.
It was, without a doubt, the best trip I have ever taken. I felt truly valued and cared for. I highly recommend this agency to anyone who wants a personalized and unforgettable experience.
