Day Trips from Montreux to Fribourg

From Montreux, board a Mercedes V-Class 2025 for a day of discovery in the heart of the Gruyère. Your driver, available in French and English, will take you to the best places in the area and share anecdotes along the way. The day begins at the Maison du Gruyère, where the artisanal making of PDO cheese takes place live. Then head to the medieval city of Gruyère: ramparts, cobbled streets and breathtaking views of the Moléson. The Château de Gruyères is autonomous thanks to the included audio guide. At the end of the day, head to Maison Cailler in Broc for an immersion in the history of Swiss chocolate and a well-deserved tasting. At each step, your driver drops you off and remains available nearby, he does not enter monuments or visiting spaces. You can enjoy your free time exploring each place at your own pace, without constraints. A full day, at your own pace.
