Top Marbella Wellness Classes in 2026

Immerse yourself in a transformative journey of self-discovery on the serene shores of the Mediterranean. Join David, who has guided over 30,000 people, in this intimate session offering a unique blend of breathwork and cold sea immersion designed to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system and rejuvenate the spirit! We begin with a proper conversation about what brought you here and what you want from the session, so the practice is shaped around you - flowing into a tailored breathwork practice on the sand. Then, transition into a meditative sea immersion, where the cold water meets your breath, helping you to find peace and clarity. We'll conclude with drinks and a reflective debrief, ensuring you leave feeling lighter and more connected.
