Standard admission tickets include access via the stairs or elevator. To use the slide or the Fly 100, there is an extra charge.

Children under six and visitors with the Kärtnen Card can enter for free.

On rainy days, the tower and the slide may be closed.

There is a minimum height restriction of 4.3 feet (1.3 meters) to use the slide.

On the ground floor, there is a restaurant, a gift shop, and access to an outdoor playground.

The tower is considered wheelchair-accessible, with disabled parking spaces next to the building.
