Start with a 25minute scenic drive to the Chalet before walking the easy graded Organ Pipes Track (90 minutes). Take in the towering cliffs, snow gums and panoramic views of Hobart and surrounds. You will have a Local guide with a university level understanding of the mountain who knew the early hiking pioneers and can tell their stories. Then it’s time to drive to the summit. On the arrival of the mountain top, there is 35minute walk and scramble onto the trig point, an easy stroll to lookouts for amazing views of much of Tasmania. Also have a close up look at the unique alpine vegetation and geology. Then more remarkable views on the 35minute drive back to Hobart.

Bruny Island is Tasmania’s premiere island-within-an-island destination. Beautiful walks and sea-cliff lookouts within national parks, it's the perfect getaway experience! In addition to stunning scenery, Bruny Island is a foodies paradise. The island showcases a variety of artisan cheese, oysters, seafood, berries, fudge, wine, whisky, gin, beer and a selection of cafes and restaurants.

Explore Port Arthur, founded in 1830 as a penal settlement and timber station for the punishment of convicts on the Tasman Peninsula by private charter service. A coastal morning tea of freshly shucked oysters, artisan cheese, local bread, and fresh apples sets the tone for a day. Stops include The Neck - Bruny's iconic lookout with views across Adventure Bay, followed by a relaxed vineyard lunch at the island's only family-run winery. You can see the whole city of Hobart, the Derwent River and beyond. In Richmond, you can see the oldest convict constructed sandstone bridge still in use in Australia and St. John’s Catholic Church, the oldest Catholic Church in Australia. Then heading to Oyster Farm and Cascade Brewery, you can buy and taste the fresh oyster and Australia beer. On Saturday, Salamanca Market is the best place for both tourists and locals.
