What are people saying about Ho Chi Minh City

Hope you get Hugo as your guide
This tour went exactly as advertised. Hugo, our guide was outstanding and 5 plus Star caliber. He was attentive, especially to me as the eldest on the tour. The highlight experience for me was being a passenger on a dugout canoe and riding up a stream in the Mekong Valley for nearly a mile.

Do not miss this food tour!
If you want to learn more about the culture and the people in Ho Chi Minh City, and enjoy local foods that you will never find on your own, in the back alleys and hidden neighborhoods of Ho Chi Minh City, you must do this tour! Kelly is probably the best tour leader we’ve ever had and you will have a fantastic time learning from her along the way.

A must do activity
This was an informative & well experienced tour. Our tour guide Manh was so funny and explained a lot of the culture to us. My group was only 4 people but he took his time to speak to us individually and answer all questions. Plus his jokes were hilarious. My husband and I landed in HCMC 2 hours beforehand so this was a fantastic way to start our trip. Cold waters were provided and the transportation was comfortable with great AC.

Great family day at chi tunnels
Here’s a review-style summary you could share with other travellers:
What Travellers Should Know About the Cu Chi Tunnels Experience
Our trip to the Cu Chi Tunnels was one of the highlights of our visit to Vietnam. We chose a boat tour, which made the journey just as enjoyable as the destination. Travelling along the river offered a different perspective of local life and was far more relaxing than travelling by road.
The tunnels themselves provide a fascinating insight into Vietnam’s history and the ingenuity of the people who lived and fought there. Seeing the hidden entrances, underground passages, living quarters, and defensive systems brings history to life in a way that books simply cannot.
Be prepared for hot and humid conditions, and some tunnel sections can feel quite confined. Comfortable clothing, good walking shoes, sunscreen, and plenty of water are recommended.
Our guide Chi was knowledgeable, engaging, and happy to answer questions, making the experience both educational and memorable. For anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City, the Cu Chi Tunnels are well worth adding to your itinerary, especially if you can experience them by boat. The combination of history, culture, and scenic river travel makes for a truly unforgettable day.

Wonderful experience
Had a great experience on this food tour, my first time doing one. I was a bit worried at first about being on the bike, but Ricky was a very good driver and made sure I felt comfortable and safe throughout the tour. I also got to meet Bao (a tour guide)and Florian (a tourist like me), and we quickly became a fun little group. The whole evening was very entertaining, and Bao was definitely the comedian of the night… lol. The food stops were well planned, with each place offering something different to try.
The evening ended perfectly with my belly very full, and it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the city’s food, culture, and atmosphere in a fun, unique way.

Ryan is honestly the best...
Ryan is honestly the best bike and food tour guide I’ve ever had. From the moment the tour started, he made everyone feel comfortable and excited for the night. Riding through the city on the bike was such a fun and unique way to explore, and Ryan made it feel really safe and easy the whole time.
He took us to so many amazing local food spots that I would have never found on my own. Every stop felt authentic, and you can tell he really knows the city and the food scene so well. On top of that, Ryan is such a kind and genuine person. He’s friendly, patient, and always making sure everyone is having a good time.
The whole experience was unforgettable, and it honestly felt more like hanging out with a friend than being on a tour. I would 100% recommend this bike and food tour with Ryan to anyone visiting.

Super fun night in Ho Chi Minh City
Paige was absolutely delightful, and I got to see so much more of the city because of her and this tour. I really enjoyed my time on this tour, although I noticed that the spots we went seemed to be the same ones as all the other food tours. I’m not a big foodie to begin with, but Paige made everything fun, easy, and interesting. I would recommend!

Great service to bypass long lines
Representative met us promptly upon entering the immigration area and fed us through the correct immigration line to bypass the large crowd and got us to our luggage timely once we got through immigration. She then walked us outside to connect with our driver.

Great Tour and History on Historical Areas!
Hi! Austin and Lucas were awesome! We learned so much. I was so emotional when Austin told the story about the monk that was set on fire. That really tugged at my heart strings 😢. He was very informative about each site we went to. We even had time to do some small shopping the areas that sold souvenirs

Wonderful experience and flavors!
This was a wonderful experience and the food was fabulous. I would like to note that the description said that an “alcoholic beverage complementary cocktail”would be included, but it was not. There was a nice sugarcane drink included. The only alcohol was a beer that some of us had with our meal, thinking that was complementary, and then we were surprised to be charged for it at the end. It was a small charge, so we didn’t complain, but that should be more clear. Also, we were provided transportation to the cooking class from the market, but we had to get our own transportation back. Despite this, we still loved the experience, but just make sure you are aware that you’ll need your own transportation back.

Very well organised and...
Very well organised and great trip. The sleeping buses were very comfortable (the wider one was better :)), allowed us to rest before and after the day tour. We had great time, the guide we have was really fun, the sand dunes were impressive and the views stunning.

Totally recommendable
My visit to the Mekong Delta with Thương was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment the tour began, she made everything feel effortless, welcoming, and genuinely personal. Her deep knowledge of the local culture, history, and daily life brought the entire experience to life in a way that no guidebook ever could.
Thương’s storytelling, kindness, and fun personality made every stop special — from the peaceful boat ride through coconut-lined canals to the visit with local families and tasting fresh fruits and traditional sweets. She also paid close attention to the little details: making sure we were comfortable, taking great photos for us, and adjusting the pace whenever needed.
