Dark View Falls Tour
This was a good tour. The tour guide didn’t just take us to the Falls, but he told about the history of the island (past and recent). He also gave us a good idea of the culture of the island. The walk across the bridge and up to the waterfalls felt safe and we were helped all the way up and back. Mr. Fraser provided lunch cooked by his wife to us and it was an excellent meal. Kudos to him and his wife. It was a thoroughly great tour and worth every $$.

A Must do!
Everything about this excursion was perfect - from being picked up from the hotel by Shawn to hearing history about the island. We met up with Joseph and his group and enjoyed the falls and a scrumptious lunch of local cuisine prepared by Joe’s wife. This is a must when visiting the island!

Full Day Tour in a Bus
Basic tour of the following: Dark Falls Pirates of the Caribbean Beach by Secrets Botanical Garden. There were 12 0f us on a 14 passenger van. Lots of time driving to different sites. Our driver offered beer, water, and punch. Snacks were plantain chips and bananas. Guide-driver did give some initial information. This tour was a cheaper alternative to cruise ship. The Pirates of Caribbean was disappointing.

This excursion was filled...
This excursion was filled with information and our tour guide (Dave) was excellent. He brought great energy to the event and was able to take us places the other van couldn’t take us.

  • At the start of the trail, you’ll find a changing room, food kiosks, and a picnic area where you can eat lunch before you begin the walk.

  • Bring your bathers because you can swim and splash in the refreshing natural poos at the bottom of the waterfall.

  • The trail isn’t accessible to travelers of limited mobility, but you can still enjoy views of the falls from the welcome center.
