All I can say is WOW!!! ... And THANK YOU from our group of seven (7) travelers. Due to the size of the helicopter, we had to split into groups of four (4) and three (3) in different helicopters. Unfortunate but well worth it, because you get to see these AMAZING falls from above. The flight gives you a much better view of the size and expanse of the area. This experience was incredible and beautiful!!

AMAZING!! this was worth the cost and the views were fabulous. Our flight the day before was delayed by many hours and we originally missed the day we booked but Helisol let us fly the following day which is fabulous service. Highly recommend!!

AMAZING!! Views and vibes were immaculate and unreal. Chopper seats 6 people, 1 in the passenger seat and 5 in the back. Everyone has access to the views but obviously passenger is probably best seat and the 4 window seats are next best, so one person does get stuck in the back middle which kinda sucks. Best to go in a group of 6 so you know each other and don’t have rude and aggressive tourists on your 10 minute flight literally pushing your head out of the way so they can get some probably awful photo of nothing. So yeah go with a bigger group or be there in line FIRST and grab a good spot. Or just don’t be an a$zh013. Either way, amazing tour and highly recommend!

Well organized, easy to find, well situated close to the gate of the falls. Short but intense flight. Very good. Each side of the helicopter has twice the chance to see all. A must. Memories for years.

This is a unique opportunity to see one of the seven wonders of the world from the sky! The helicopter must have a minimum of 4 passengers ( and maximum of 6) to take flight. I unfortunately had some unruly tourists jostling for seat positions in the helicopter and even arguing once inside. I did not allow that behavior to spoli my experience. But it definitely left an impression.

Office opens at 9am. Get there early around 8:30am, so you can get ahead of other passengers. It is first come first served basis.
if you are in argentine side, hire a taxi driver . Taxi drivers skip argentine border regular car lane it will save hours.

booked this tour as part of a special two‑day trip for my husband’s 40th birthday. The highlight was supposed to be a helicopter ride over Iguazú. Unfortunately, it turned into the worst experience I’ve ever had with Viator.
From the moment I landed at IGR airport, I suspected the ride might be canceled due to weather. That’s understandable. What is not acceptable is the agency’s complete lack of communication. They provide no phone number, they don’t answer Viator emails, and there is simply no way to reach them. In the past two years, I’ve booked over 100 tours through Viator, and every other agency has contacted me proactively—except this one.
Because of their silence, I spent $80 on a taxi to their office only to find it closed. In the pouring rain, I then had to wait 45 minutes for another taxi, which dropped me at the Argentina border. From there, I had to get yet another taxi just to reach my hotel. In total, I wasted more than $140 and three hours of precious time on what was supposed to be a two‑day trip.
When I finally managed to WhatsApp them (thanks to my taxi driver finding their number), their only response was: “We closed because of the weather.” No apology, no courtesy, no message beforehand. I wasn’t upset about the cancellation itself—I understand weather happens. I was furious because they didn’t care enough to notify me, and they couldn’t even apologize.
To make matters worse, I have photos showing the place closed at 3:30 pm, even though they claim to operate until 5 pm. Their attitude is simply “first come, first served, 9 to 5.” Nothing more.
DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. They don’t care about you, your time, or your experience.

First of all, buy this tickets in person. It’s much cheaper. Secondly, if you get a bad seat, you see almost nothing. Lastly, it’s extremely short. It’s much better to just go to the park and see it

The helicopter flight over Iguacu Falls is a 'must'! The check-in process is very straight-forward, with agents able to help in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Sit in front next to the pilot if you can, but everyone had a great view.

This experience was short and sweet! About 15 minutes helicopter closed door ride over Iguazu Falls! It was incredible to see it from a Birds Eye few as there is sooo much area the falls cover. You circle the falls a few times then head back to the base.

So well organized. Showed up and was in the air in 20 minutes. Doesn't matter where you sit in the shopper which has five passengers plus the pilot... You'll get spectacular views!

This was amazing. The team is extremely efficient. You go in, they give you a number, they can tell you the waiting time, and take it from there. It’s only a 10 minute flight so they have to be efficient but you definitely get your moneys worth with incredible views of the fall no matter where you are sitting. Then the team gets you off the flight safely and they load up the next batch of people. They will try to sell you some photos and a video. But it’s an experience that you can’t match.

It was amazing but too short and not enough time to enjoy the moment. If you were sitting in the middle you could barely see something or when it was making turns then from one side to the other you could not see anything.

It’s exactly as described. Very efficient, safe, and very cool. Would recommend. The only problem would be is that I think they fill the helicopters too much. Most of the seats are equally great (with the pilots seat being the best) but there’s one middle seat that is far worse than the others and it doesn’t seem fair to put someone in that seat if we are all paying the same price

Four stars, plus an extra for the opportunity to sit next to the pilot. All in all, an incredible experience flying over the falls. You will fly over twice. Be aware that you will have an unpredictable waiting time until 7 people have arrived. And you can't choose your seat, maybe the middle seat in the back is not so spectacular. At the end you can buy fotos and a video for 60 USD.

The tour is basically, show up whenever you want before 5pm and wait for the next flight. Okay, I understand that. The last flight is at 5pm. The refund info is that you have to cancel at least 24 hours before the "beginning of the tour". Since the tour can begin as late as 5pm, I assumed (incorrectly) that the 24 hours began at 5pm the day before. Not so. They count the tour as starting at the first tour in the morning. I tried to get a refund and Viator and the operator gave me a hard time about it.
So, figuring that if I dont show I will lose my money, I rushed to the terminal and made it just before 5pm, costing me the cab fare. When I got there, they were already closing up for the day. I was told that they had already canceled my tour (without teling me), and that even if I had not been cancelled, the flight would not have gone anyway because they require at least four people before they will do a flight. Since I was the only one, I was out of luck.
Viator is falling down on the job. This stuff needs to be clearly spelled out in the tour information, including when the cancellation period ends. I still have received no confirmation of the refund. All Viator does is say "we are really concerned and will look into the matter". Do not take this tour. And if you are smart you will stay away from Viator as well. They offer almost no support.

Nice flight over the Iguaçu Falls of 9-10 minutes, of which 2-3 are close to the waterfall area. Little waiting time in our case (~10 min).

Thrilling experience - even though the weather wasn't great. I'd visited the falls the day before both walking and in a jet boat but this was simply the best. A fantastic way to really understand just how massive these falls are.
I felt the ride was too short - but this is probably because I would have stayed up there for about an hour just taking shooting movies. There was no queue when I arrived but as a solo passenger I had to wait for at least 2 more people (they only fly with min 3). I'm not sure how comfortable the flight would have been if we were more than 4 people and I don't think I would've been happy with a middle seat.
All in all definitely worth it if, like me, you love watching nature at it's most powerful and majestic. I didn't stop smiling for hours 😁
