The show was very nice. Small group because of rain forecast, but larger than I thought that would come out because of rain. You don’t really go to a point where the three countries meet, because that point is in the middle where two rivers converge. The guide was great.

Here in June and since It’s their winter, it’s cold. Def plan on bringing a jacket. It’s a fun, laid back cultural outing with food, drinks and a show. I don’t speak Portuguese, so I couldn’t follow much. It was still fun to watch.

Realizing it immediately I started writing with the operator saying to please change the tour because I wanted to be picked up from the hotel (that's what I paid for) I didn't get an answer, then I called the Viator line (the line is from the United States) and I answered a switch in English. In despair at the mistake generated by letting me select my hotel as a pickup location I proceeded to cancel and sought help to contact the customer service line, when he managed to contact a Spanish speaker and after explaining the case, he told me that he could not do anything because it had been canceled and the refund policies were that he lost 100% of the money and that he could not return it. I asked him not to return me but to change the tour and the answer was no and to talk to the operator, this time he gave me a number in Argentina and when calling they indicate the same, I asked that please reactivate my tour and I was looking for how to get there and the answer was that I had to pay an additional value, that value was 100 dollars arriving at customs or 175 if I wanted to be picked up at my hotel.
