Drink your way through the Champagne region of France safely and comfortably with this small-group tasting tour. Your English-speaking guide / driver will take you to three different producers, where you'll get to try a variety of different champagnes. You and your group will also stop for an included three-course lunch along the way.

Near Epernay, Capital of the Champagne vineyard, discovery of the "Côte des Blancs" Grand Cru and the famous village and vineyard of Hautvillers in the historic hillsides of the Marne Valley listed as World Heritage Site by UNESCO. In Hautvillers, village called the “Cradle of Champagne”, guided tour of the church of Dom Pérignon and the vineyard. Pause at the most beautiful viewpoint of Champagne in the heart of the vineyard with explanations of viticulture management. Visit the production sites of two families of independent producers/growers followed by commented tastings of a selection of 6 Champagnes Grand Cru/Premier Cru, as well as the essential Champagne alcohols and aperitifs during additional tastings. Discovery tour of the "Côte des Blancs", famous area for its Grand Cru Chardonnay 100% Blanc de Blancs. Commented passage through the Avenue de Champagne in Epernay, called "the most expensive Avenue in the World" with its 200 million bottles in the cellars.

Visit the Julien Chopin house and sample local champagne and ratafia (a type of fortified wine) with this lunch experience. Then you'll sit down to an included lunch, complete with champagne and ratafia pairings.

Perfect Champagne Tour to experience a Ruinart tasting, a Grower Champagne Winery and the city of Reims. If you are staying in Paris, take a quick train for a day trip, and meet me at Reims Centre train station. We start off from Reims with a visit at Ruinart where you hear the story of the oldest Champagne House inside 2000 years old roman mines, after which you taste their champagne. Then off to visit the world-famous Cathedral of Reims Notre Dame, and a city tour of Reims, home of Mümm, Taittinger and more. I'll suggest good restaurants to have lunch around Reims, where you can pair Champagne and delicious food. After lunch we'll go to the countryside to see the villages surrounded by vineyards, and visit a small Grower champagne producer, where you're going to learn how champagne is made and taste 3 glasses of champagne.
