Navigate the rapids on this all-day guided whitewater experience in Costa Rica. Be ready to paddle down 6 miles (10 kilometers) of Class III rapids with a guide. Then, relax and float by kayak or raft along the quiet waters of the Peñas Blancas River. Surrounded by a rich ecosystem, you’ll be able to observe monkeys, birds, sloths, caimans, iguanas, and other creatures. The tour ends with a stop at the Tabacon Thermal Resort & Spa for a refreshing dip.

The adventure begins with a guided hike of approximately 4 km through well-marked trails, where guests will observe the rich flora and fauna of the cloud forest, moss-covered rock walls, and the impressive landscapes carved by the Toro Amarillo River. The highlight of the hike is, of course, the Rio Celeste itself. The trail leads you to a viewing platform where you can see the river's vibrant blue waters up close. If you're feeling adventurous, you can even take a dip in one of the natural pools or take a swim in the river. After the National Park we gonna take the tubing to feel the adventure that only this magic river can give us, where while we descend for about 1 hour and a half we can see unique animals of the rain forest.
