Then, while hara mise en place will talk about the culture of Pacific Coast practices in the kitchen, rooftop plants and their use as a seasoning, flavoring and medicinal proposes. The cooking class will consist of 3 courses and a cocktail. Appetizer: Shrimp or Chontaduro Ceviche (vegetarian option) Main : Devil Rice (rice with seafood) Dessert : Coca (coconut sweet) Cocktail : Sun of the Bay (Passion fruit cocktail inspired by the beautiful sun of Buenaventura)
