Top Burgundy Spring Break in 2026 - page 2

An approach that is both local, friendly, and accessible. You will taste 5 Burgundy wines accompanied by 6 French and Burgundian specialties, in the intimacy of an authentic vaulted cellar in the heart of Dijon. Emeline, a wine professional and sommelier, shares with you the keys to understanding Burgundy wines, their grape varieties, their appellations, and their terroir, without complicated jargon or theoretical lessons. The experience takes place in a small group of 8 people maximum, which allows time to exchange, ask your questions, and personalize the explanations according to your level of knowledge. In French or in English, this tasting is suitable for people who are discovering Burgundy wines for the first time as well as for amateurs wishing to deepen their knowledge. More than a simple tasting, it's a meeting with a local professional to taste, understand, and enjoy Burgundy like a local.
